While we absolutely love our Maxima, I would take it back to these guys tonight if it were an option. Shame on me for not walking out when the first agreement of the deal wasnt honored, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, never again. Salesman, Brian J., and I wrote down (in his words) what it would take for me to "purchase today". We agreed on a price, monthly payment range including GAP, oil changes and car washes, and window tint with the understanding that a loaner vehicle would be provided. When it came time to sign on the line, the monthly payments were higher than agreed upon and no oil changes because we bought a Maxima. Brian said, in front of the finance guy, Al J, that he was sorry that things didnt go through the way we talked about. I told them both that I didnt have to buy from them and the finance guy told Brian to leave. He asked what it would take for me to go through with the deal and I agreed that if he would do oil changes I would buy the car (I should have walked out). So we do the deal, Brian comes and gives a sad story about how it was out of his control and then asked if we would please give him excellent ratings on a survey so that he could get Sales Man of the Year for this region or something such as that. We agreed to complete the survey figuring at this point we have the car and all is good. Fast forward two weeks, and of course after holding up our end of the survey deal, I call to ask about getting the windows done. Brian wont answer the pages and wont return my call. So I call back and ask to speak with anyone who could help me "cash in" my I Owe You slip for the tint. A very nice and helpful lady in service tried to take care of me, to the point that she had the appointment set up but when I asked about the loaner vehicle as agreed upon by Brian, she said she couldnt authorize that, I would need to talk with the salesman. I explained the difficulties I had experienced trying to talk with him and she said that she would make him contact me. Sure enough, a couple hours later he called. He was very abrasive and sounded put out to have to talk with me; to the point that he had no phone manners at all. He said that I could bring the car and they would have the windows done for me but when I asked about the loaner vehicle he said that he couldnt do that. I reminded him that he agreed to that and he said that he didnt remember that but that he couldnt do it. So I told him to cancel the appointment and that I would contact Al to have the issue resolved. Brian simply said "OK" and hung up. I then called back to the dealership and asked for Al, who was "unavailable". I left a message and have yet to be called back (36 hours later). I have accepted that fact that this dealership was in fact only after my money and will not provide the service I was promised. This has been the hands down worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will say that I should have listened to my instincts and walked away; however the dealership should have honored the agreements made. I will have my car serviced there, as I do have that in writing, but will never recommend them to anyone nor will I purchase any future vehicle from "the Dublin Three".

I have purchased 5 new cars over the past 12 years, and this was probably the best overall experience Ive had. I started my search at Dublin Nissan and made my final purchase at Dublin Nissan. I went to other car dealers as well, but I came back to Dublin Nissan because of the friendly atmosphere and ease of doing business. At one dealership, I got the usual "what can I do to put you in this car today", even though the car was not the color I wanted. There, after discussing the price with the salesperson and telling him thanks but that I was not interested that particular day, sure enough the sales manager came and made me another sales pitch at an even lower price. At Dublin Nissan, I got no such "car sales tactics." In fact, my sales representative, Jahmal, was very low key but exceptionally polite and helpful. During the test drive, he pointed out the features of the car and answered all the questions I had. I told him and the sales manager that I would be looking at other cars and other dealers and never received any pressure to purchase. In fact, when I returned several days later, I noticed the sales team was dressed in shorts. Considering this was the end of July, it was appropriate for the weather, but it was nice to see the staff comfortable while still maintaining professional work ethic. After looking at other car manufacturers, I decided to purchase a Nissan. Sure enough, Dublin Nissan had the car in the exact color and the exact options that I wanted. I negotiated a purchase price with the sales manager after researching current sales information on-line. As a matter of fact, another dealer (further away) had the same vehicle at a slightly lower price. However, to earn my business, I was given complimentary oil changes and tire rotations (in writing) which will more than make up for the difference in price. Don Carswell made the closing very seamless, explaining all of the necessary information regarding the purchase. He even arranged delivery to my home to help surprise my daughter. On top of that, the finance manager was able to beat my banks pre-approved interest rate so I was happy to finance through Nissan. In general, it seems that when people or businesses do a great job, customers are thankful and may give recommendations to a few family and friends. However, if someone has even a modicum of disappointment, they are quick to post it on the internet for all to see. I just wanted to given Dublin Nissan the praise they are due. Hopefully, after reading this, others will know that Don and his team can deliver an overall excellent car buying experience. I would gladly purchase from them again.

I have purchased over 10 vehicles from this dealership one this week and once again they showed there commitment to the customer! I shorted out something on my brand new truck installing an accessory at 6:30PM and had to be at work the next day by 5:30AM. I called the dealership told them what I had done, they told me to come get another vehicle to drive so I could get to work the next day and so that they could come to my HOUSE the next morning and look at it for me! They did that and seen that it could not be fixed there, had it towed for me to dealership, took care of the repair and did it all without hesitation and I didnt ask for any of it! This is not the first time these guys have went above and beyond... they have done it several times for me and my wife! One time I was out of town my wife had a flat tire the Dealership came to where she was at took her back to work, fixed her tire, and brought it to her before she got off that day! I express my gratitude and cant speak to the team enough about how they go above and beyond to take care of the customer! Thanks Don, Matt, Troy, Lock, AL, Greg, and the entire team at Dublin Nissan/Chevrolet! You guys are the reason why I buy from you and no one else! I recommend you all to everyone every chance I get! If you want a great deal and a team that is committed to being there for you after the sale! Come to Dublin/Chevrolet and see these guys! Sincerely a Highly Satisfied Customer!
