I have bought 2 cars from here, and my boyfriend bought one. The first car I bought was buy here pay here and ran perfectly, I had no problems. The car my boyfriend bought was financed and broke down right after his warranty expired. The second car I boughtwas financed and broke down 3 weeks after I bought it in another city. I missed a day of work and asked if they could at least assist me in paying for the tow and they refused. My warranty was not expired and they refused to do anything to help me. After speaking to them some weeks later they said that I never spoke to them to tell them that there was something wrong with the car and that my warranty was up. I will never ever go back here again, and I will NEVER recommend this shady place again

Listen to my story. I had no car and $400 in my hand. I thought i could walk away with a car that day aha nope. They had me pick out a car and then made me wait 3 days for it. Once i got the car i had it for a week and the check engine light had popped up. I tried calling multiple times but they kept dipping my call. Finally when i got up there they had schedule me a appointment a month later to fix the car. Welp the car didnt even make it two months and it broke down and the repair cost is godly. I then asked them if they could fix it. Well they told me that they would fix its for a even more worst price. The moral of the story is dont buy from this place now im stuck with a car that i cant drive with a two year loan.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM 3 MONTH AGO AND IT DIDNT LAST. BREAK DOWN ON ME WITHIN A WEEK. I TOOK IT BACK THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT . THE BIG LIGHT SKIN GUY STARTED VERBALLY ATTACKING ME . AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME QUOTE" THE CAR WAS CHEAP THAT WHY IT BROKE DOWN" I WORK HARD FOR THAT 3, 000 DOLLARS. PLEASE GO NOWHERE ELSE. WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE TO BUY THE CAR THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. ONCE THE CAR BREAK DOWN AND YOU TAKE IT BACK ITS A DIFFERENT STORY! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! VERY GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE RUDE AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.

Leased a car from them and 56 days later the transmission was going out. I took back and they said they could not honor my 90 day warranty because I went over 3000 miles. Well Im not no my trip counter said in the whole 56 days I drove 1237 miles. I remember one of the guys there said he use to drive it around and it was a good truck. I put 2800 down on that car and the car lot rip me off. I am a single mother 5 children 2 with serious mental health disabilities!! My youngest only 5 months. I can not take them on public transportation!! What kind off people are they!! My children are so hurt and concern about how we going to get around....

Financed me a car. And a few days later took it back because of my job time. Even though I didnt lie on my application and they knew my job time already. I heard they do similar things all the time. Plus you will pay double the car tag value after their roof high interest.

Jay is great..the people are friendly and makes sure your leaving with a car. Only thing i would have liked would of been a fresh oil change on my car i purchased and that express auto switch out my tire sensor so the light will stop flashing in the car...

They are TERRIBLE people to work with and to get a car from. They sold me a 2007 Pontiac G6 and the Engine blew out the first month I had it. They are liers and to not be trusted buying a car from.

Alex Mitchell is a con man. Be careful doing business at this lot. They employ tactics to get you to sign for a car you dont want, but will not return your money on a bad deal. BE CAREFUL! !!
