Will never recommend this Auto Group - unprofessional and untrustworthy! I drove 200 miles to Gahanna to test drive a car and the sales rep that assisted was completely incompetent and condescending. I test drove a convertible and it took him 20 minutes to find out how to turn the top down, after providing a suggestion that the correct button was on the center console - we were met with a short "No, thats wrong." We turned out to be right. There were 2 lights on the dashboard we noticed during the test drive - the DLR light and Tire Pressure light. We went back to the office and the rep couldnt remember what the light said, when i said it was "DLR" he automatically corrected me and said "DSL." We spent 20 minutes googling an incorrect DSL dashboard light. When we sat down to make an offer, another customers drivers licence copy and banking information were clear in front of us. We made an offer on the car and were scoffed at. Ive never experienced a more unprofessional and untrustworthy automotive group or dealer. It was a waste of my time, and had I known this was the treatment provided to their customers I would have never made the trip.

I recently purchased a Nissan Altima from IJN Automotive and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Normally I dread the thought of having to deal with car salesmen and dealerships, but I may have to change my thinking. I had a particular car in mind and the people at IJN went above and beyond in their effort to find the exact car I wanted, while not trying to sell me a car I didnt love. The staff was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making sure I got the perfect car at a great price. The whole process was easy, professional and much more pleasurable than Ive experienced at other dealers. I will recommend IJN to my family and friends and would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will not go anywhere else.
