Very bad experience red grapes for $0.99 none in stock all four signs above the grapes at $0.99. Purchased the grapes and was charged dollar 89 because they only had green grapes in that area. Well at customer service complaining the manager went and changed the sign to 249 for the green grapes. Decided not to get the grapes what does take a picture of all the 99 cent signs found out thats when he had it changed before it came to the customer service. Called corporate about it they said a district manager for this area would call me. Ended up giving me the wrong district manager period very disorganized company. Even though the wrong district manager called me they did give me a $10 gift card. Which I will be giving away to someone else because I refuse to shop there from here forward. This is the second bad experience in two weeks with Meijer itself!!!

The pharmacy here never has their act together. Countless times Ive picked up prescriptions only to be given the wrong one, dropped off prescriptions and had them magically "disappear," somehow, without any record of them being entered into the system and had to call my doctor to have him write another script. It would be one thing if the pharmacy was the only problem at this Meijer, but unfortunately it isnt. The bathrooms are often unkempt, especially the ones near the back of the store. The checkout lanes are often dirty as well, and how chaotic and disorganized some shelves in the grocery side of the store are can be really frustrating. Of all of the Meijer locations Ive been to, this one has consistently stuck out as the absolute worst.

Most of the time Meijers is alright. But on this occasion I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday party. The bakery manager agreed they would have the cake done by 12pm on Saturday, I even told him her party would be at 1 and we had to have it by than. He agreed. Come Saturday 12:15 pm I arrive at meijers and am told the cake is not done. I was livid. I kept my cool and asked how long til it was done, the girl promised 10 minutes. 12:38 the cake was finished. They gave me 5 bucks off!?!? I will NEVER order a cake from Meijers again, lesson learned! Off to Sams.

This Meijer store is a little nicer to shop at than some of the other Meijer stores. It is not so over ran with other shoppers. You dont have constantly jockey your cart up and down the isles while trying to shop. You do not have to worry as much about getting out of some ones way if you want to "park" on the edge of the isle to read the list of ingredients or Nutritional facts of a item your considering. Less shoppers also allow the store employees to be less harried so if I need to interact with them it is naturally more relaxed.

My wife and I went into the store to return diapers because our twins have outgrown them. The manager spoke to the gm and they decided that they would do nothing for us. We got the impression that the manager and gm though that we were trying to scam them The gm didnt even speak to us. We have never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. If we could we would not give meijer or business anymore.

The staff is always helpful, the store is always clean, and since the remodeling a year or so ago its layout is almost identical to the other stores in the area. So if you go to a different store then usual, you dont have to look around for what you need if you knew where it was located in a different store branch cause they are setup almost identically.

The associates are very helpful and willing to check the stock in the backroom when the shelf is empty for the product I need. They are very nice explaining which products are on sale. They greet people with a smile whether you are asking the a question or just walking by! Thanks Meijer associates!!!

Long lines and they never have what I need anymore. There are never any employees around to even ask where anything is. If it wasnt the only grocery store close by I would shop elsewhere. Maybe I should go ahead and shop somewhere else anyways because I have to make 3 trips to get everything anyways.

The store is very aware of customer service. Customers come first. I had a little trouble finding the raisins. Move them over with the baking supplies from the dried fruit. Id like to see them offered in both places.

I get about 90% of my groceries from Meijer. This one isnt my favorite but it is still really nice. It just doesnt have quite the selection as some of the Meijer stores on the west side of the state.

Usually not as busy as the other Meijers in the area. Prices cant be beat without driving in to Lansing. Could definitely use more self-service lanes, as those are usually what people prefer.

Meijer is a good department store. Well setup with easy to read signs directing you to the department your looking for. Reasonable prices and almost anything you need under one roof.

Always find what I need. The store manager knows me by name. Almost always get an electric cart and never had to wait more then a few minutes to get one.

Horrible. Took 20 minutes for an employee to show up after being called to unlock an item. When the showed, he said not my job and did not have any keys.
