Well I went to this store to place some orders online to be delivered to my home. I had 3 ink recycled coupons and I wanted to use them. First he said I can only use one coupon which is BS because everyone who have worked at staples know that ink recycle coupons can be used up to 6 or seven. The only ones that can be used just one per transaction are the ones $10 of a purchase of $10 or more regular price. This dude thought I didnt know how it works. The manager didnt let me make my transactions because he said my coupons have different reward numbers. Which I replied yes they are 3 different coupons with different reward numbers. He made me place my orders again just to waste my time. I used to work for staples for almost 3 years in Miami,Fl. and I quit my job 2 weeks ago to move to Pennsylvania so I knew what I was talking about. I told him to change my rewards number to the correct one because when I place my order I putted my phone number as contact not the rewards but the system automatically used it as rewards and he denied to do it. He kept saying the system didnt let him do it. Like come on. Im not stupid. I was cashier for 3 years I know that changing a rewards number In the system is so simple. I asked him to showed me and he denied to it. His name is Chris B. Bald old guy. I left the store and went to another one. Im not stupid I know he could just do it and he didnt. He just made me waste my time. Never coming back to this store. He treated me as I was doing something ilegal with my coupons. Well thats how I felt. Very unprofessional.

I needed HP ink cartridges. Website showed in stock at this store and ensured lowest price. Store associates & manager refused to honor price match from major competitor despite huge signs saying 110% lowest price guarantee. Rude store manager had no business card but wrote his name on the back of a blank rewards program info card. That phone number was useless. Found & called corporate. Brutal. This store will likely be gone soon. Suggest you avoid it.

Worst service ever. I posted previously but their sneaky corporate had the review deleted. Stay away from this store. I tried to use a staples rewards email coupon to purchase ink but could not print it as I just ran out of ink. The manager would only accept a printed coupon. He could not comprehend the dilemma. Staples corporate upheld his decision. Complete insanity in this organization.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. The tech department knows what theyre doing and always go above and beyond! Bought multiple laptops there, always with an honest service tech who knew exactly what I needed - wasnt going for that "big sale," but was truly helpful in finding and providing me with exactly what we were looking for. My familys business uses this Staples store to print a mass project every quarter of the year and although sometimes it can take a while to make sure its all set up perfectly, the team there makes sure its done before I leave! If you just have some patience, theyll help you and get the job done right! Always gets the job done by the time they say they will!

I had an emergency and needed to buy more ink for my printer. The sales clerk sold me the wrong cartridge and now I have to go back tomorrow and get another one. and rush my ass back home to print out what I needed to print out right now. Then speed like a demon to get where I need to go . Assholes.

Some of the products at Staples are overpriced, but you can typically find coupons online and they will price match competitors including Amazon. This Staples has a pretty good selection of merchandise and helpful employees.
