One of the nicer Kmarts I shop in since it is in an area accessible to me and my travels without going out of my way to shop here. The store is always clean with a good selection of what it is that I am in there for though since it is 45 minutes from my home in South Jersey I only will shop here when in the area. Most of my shopping here in recent years has been for clothing since they seem to carry a good supply of shirts for tall men without going to a specialty store and paying a fortune for something that doesnt even look as nice. Since the shopping plaza they are located in is a little off the beaten path you dont have traffic problems including excessive vehicles driving though that might create a problem if you are shopping with young kids that might not be paying attention to the traffic when entering or exiting the store but then I recommend trying to keep them near you anyway just in case.

Dont waste your time going here, came to buy a camera, after making me wait 20 minutes and talking to three different people, they finally showed me the, "camera" that they had. Always a horrible experience, no matter what day or time, theres a half-hour wait in line. They mark prices that dont ring up that price at the register, then dont honor the price, even if its on the sticker on the item itself. Amazed they havent closed down. Everyone I know hates going to this Kmart and has said the same--were all waiting for them to shut down. Only ever go if I need something quick, since its close by.

Happy Mothers day to me this year I spent about 2 hours on waiting for assistance with my layaway as a former employee of Kmart I know thats not even what they call customer service. It took 5 employees and two mangers to still get nothing done. Im very dissatisfied with the service this weekend may even b my last time shopping at kmart.

The entire store needs to be gutted. Youll never be able to find anyone to help you. Lines are always ridiculous, i can find the same quality everything somewhere else for better service and cheaper prices. Im just waiting for the closing date for the 50%-90% off sale. Smh

We ordered online and picked up in store we came before our order was ready and expected to be turned away but the manager was very accommodating and picked the item himself and he helped us with our points redemption. Kudos to this Customer Service team.
