Some of the worst service ever at this location. I decided to come to this one instead of my local best buy because this location has a larger Magnolia Home Theater section and had a few speakers i was interested in checking out. The AV service desk guy seemed as through he couldnt be bothered at all to help me out as his response to me asking for help was "Yea, What do you need" then showed me the room where the speakers were and then proceeded to walk out and disappear from the store as i then could not find anyone to help me out as i had more questions about the differences between 2 sets of speakers. I finally found another employee who then went back into the room with me to show me how the speakers sounded, but he couldnt figure out how to work them, and also couldnt be bothered to go get someone who actually knew how to work the system…… On my way out, Both check out line cashiers (only 2) were texting on their phones not paying any attention to customers……. Most likely will NOT go back.

I am more and more convinced Best Buy is only interested in selling warranty service that they have no intention of honoring. Despite their reputation, I purchased a specific model laptop (I could only find it through Best Buy) with Windows 7 Home, and wanted to upgrade to the Professional version. I was willing to purchase the upgrade here if they installed it at no additional charge, but they insisted on charging a $100 "set-up" fee - to punch in an activation code! Its a 10-minute process from there, in which the computer does all the work. While I tried to explain this, the associate repeatedly kept trying to sell the warranty stuff (not related to the issue at hand as far as I was concerned) and insisted on the $100 fee. Got the upgrade for $15 less elsewhere, and did it myself in 10 minutes. Its both silly and sad to see a company pass on a few easy $$$ like this.

I literally cant believe Best Buy is still open. Every time Ive been here I have left pissed off and normally empty handed. This time i brought in the serial number to my printer and an employee sold me ink and told me I had one month if by chance it wasnt the right one to return it. Naturally it wasnt the right one because why would anyone there know what theyre doing. So today I bring it back within the month window...and no I do not have a month to return it for my money back like I was told. This is finally the last straw and I will never buy from best buy again. This is a year after I went in ready to drop up to $600 on a navigation device and an employee told me I could find the answers to my questions on line. So I guess I should have listened to him.

Bought a iPhone 6s Plus from this store last month as of yesterday after 2:30pm my network had been blocked. Called the store was told there hands were washed contact my carrier. Carrier says contact the store you bought from. So I called Apple, come to find out my phone had been blacklisted due to the report of it being stolen. The apple supervisor managed to get me an appointment to swap my phone out after I sent them proof of purchase. Once at my appointment the Genius Bar guy finds out that Best Buy reported the IMEI as stolen. Thanks to Apple I have a new phone after Best Buy didnt want to clean up where they messed up.

I have bought so many items from this place ranging from automotive electronics to TVs and surround sound systems for my house. i just bought a Samsung 7100 55" TV on January 22, 2014. it is now February 13, 2014 and the pixels from the TV are already burning out, leaving black dots all over my screen... I called this Best Buy to see if i could exchange it (since its not even a month old) and they told me i couldnt because its past the "15 day warranty" keep in mind, this is a $1500 TV. Terrible place to buy anything.

I went into Best Buy to compare different tablets. I spoke to two different store employees who were stationed in the technology department, neither of them new the strengths or weaknesses of the different tablets, and neither of them knew wich one would be best for the class work for my Biology class. I ended up going back to the Apple store because their employees were much more educated on the products they were selling.

The staff here are absolutely out of this world with how much they know and care about the products and clients that they offer and target. Ive been coming here for years, and they always continue to impress. For transactions large or small, the staff always builds a very personable relationship. If youre looking for more than a "grab and go" solution, there is no better Best Buy than the one in King of Prussia.

hands down the worst customer service ive ever encountered purchasing ANYTHING from anywhere. specifically staff member named "Dakota" rescheduled my delivery twice without any geeksquad or best buy member showing up for our appointment after I took off work both days. I called back a third time and they hung up on me after keeping me on hold for thirty minutes. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS BEST BUY.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I went in to ask a question about my computer and the man behind the customer service desk who I approached was not only no help, but was extremely rude. He was very short with me and even gave me a bit of attitude when I asked him a question. I was going to get my computer fixed there, but after that, theres little chance Ill ever shop at Best Buy again.

The staff at this particular location never feels very knowledgeable nor helpful. I always forget the scope of the store as the layout and/or lighting doesnt coerce one to continue shopping into the appliance section. When I do remember they have appliances, I am surprised by their selection -- they just need to advertise this in a more appealing fashion to their customers.

1 person working in the computers section, knew exactly what I wanted. I walked over to the mobile department where 2 employees were sitting having a conversation about seth rogan. I browsed the phone section they couldnt be bothered, then i asked if one of them could grab me a computer. One of them was able to assist me but was visually annoyed at my request.

This is how you treat customers! Our cellphone pickup order didnt go through correctly, so when we reached there the order wasnt ready. But Allen from the mobile activation section helped us add a new line to our plan from scratch even though the store had officially closed! Excellent customer service! A+++++! This Best Buy just gained another loyal customer!

Not enough knowledge of the products. They show no interest in helping me. could not try the demo displayed. Bought two tablets and in the way out walked by three employees and didnt even thank me for shopping at best buy. I even said hi to them and got no response. I think they dont like Foreigners!

Zero Star deserve. Do not get any phones here. If you are in a situation to return the phone (my situation was that the phone didnt work), they will straight up lie to you that they are not in charge of refund money for the phone. I had to waste so much time to get money back from here.
