Terrible place to do business. Staples does not understand customer service and this particular store clearly does not demonstrate an understanding of sales. I visited this store with the intention of buying two office chairs for my business. I picked out a high back office chair that was $199 but they did not have that particular chair in stock. The employee was helpful, but the manager was rude and did not acknowledge me, the customer, when he came to look for the chair. He simply stated that they did not have the chair in stock and refused to offer me any alternative such as allowing me to purchase the floor display. I would have gladly bought the floor model for the same price, but the store would not allow me to do that. That is not good business. So instead of buying two office chairs for my business, I chose to walk out because Staples clearly did not care about the customer or the sale. Where I come from in the retail world, you do everything to get the customer to make the purchase. Would not recommend to anyone and I will certainly not go back.

I have been trying to take advantage of Staples promotion for giving a 50% Reward for copying by having photographs copied for a memoir I am writing. When I tried to have photographs copied, some were poorly done. When I requested that they be recopied without the blemishes they had left on the margins and in the copy, the Assistant Manager yelled at me that that was the very best they could do and that they did not do such work, although three of their employees had assured me that it could be easily done. The Assistant Manager told me in a loud voice so that everyone in the store could hear that I should make no further requests. Staples not only did shoddy work, they insulted a good customer.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR APPLIANCES TO BE FIXED HERE. I had a crack in my iPhone 6 screen and went in to get it fixed. all that needed done was to have the screen replaced, a 30-60 minute procedure. I spent over 5 hours waiting for my phone to be fixed to only have it in no better condition than I turned it in. The screen was fixed but my brightness on my phone did not work so i was using a phone with a black screen. I was told that I would have to send it away for 3-5 days for it to be properly fixed. I was without a phone for 5 days to have it fixed. It was a huge inconvenience. if youre getting a phone screen fixed youre better off going to an apple store.

This particular Staples is extremely lacking in customer service. Each associate comes up with different rules about making prints. Ive gotten prints made at this staples before and I received them in about 20 minutes. Now all of a sudden they need 24 hours notice before you get engineering prints. I will definitely be looking elsewhere to get my office supplies.
