I took my daughter to the bathroom and it was filthy with pee and poo..couldnt use it. I walked past a group of manager types having a loud rah rah alley rally meeting, congratulating themselves for everything they could think of. there was no one to help me find what I needed. was looking for one thing that is in another location at my local Walmart but clearly wasnt in the same place at this one. I found a colored kid employee who looked baffled , glancing all around the store before deciding it "must be" on the other side of the groceries. walked all the way over there. nope not there. approached a Hispanic lady and asked her, she literally looked terrified and ran to receive aid from her Hispanic lady co worker and the second one looked angry and came over to me and asked,,,,"what what are you looking for?" then looked at the first one who seemed very worried and was going on in Spanish...im just like, Im just looking for cat food. sigh. she at least accurately told me where it was (clear on the other side from where the young kid had told me). will not go there again. I pulled a manager aside on the way out and told him (since they were finishing up their self congratulatory meeting) and he said they were trying to work on some things but theyre not allowed to discriminate (???!!!??) I said, its not discrimination to make sure someone can speak the language of the land before you hire them. how did she get through the interview? this was a stumper as he just kind of couldnt answer. they all seem utterly lost there

The people who work here are the rudest people Ive ever met. I get that its Thanksgiving and all, but I had a few emergency needs and everything else was closed. I was forced through a maze of tape and was yelled at in other languages by several employees. In the 20 minutes I spent in this horrible store, I had 3 employees rudely address me and 1 stupid teenager who had no idea about the store he is working in and gave me answers like, "Uh, I dont know. I guess so. Maybe." I went to check out and didnt see the taped off lines of check outs, out of place in the clothing section and was *RUDELY* yelled at by some blonde woman with a walkie talkie on a power trip and when I apologized and told her I didnt know, she continued to scold me like I was a child. I looked at the line and abandoned my basket, as I wanted to leave immediately and that woman yelled at me again and tried to put her hands on me in an attempt to stop me from crossing the line, even when I clearly didnt have a cart. I yelled right back at her and left and I will never return to this store. I will take my business elsewhere. Most employees here didnt speak English which isnt helpful and most were non-observant and trashy. Walmart probably got their trashy reputation from this location.

My review is such a negative one that I would not add a star at all. Bought four new tires with road hazard in Hazleton, PA (October 2015 Good years 60,00 miles) with the Road hazard warranty. I had a puncture so I took it to that Wal-Mart and had excellent service. However, the patch must not have taken because I still had a slow leak. Stopped in the Allentown Wal-Mart to get it checked out because wife was out of town. Customer service rep was rude and lied on several occasions. Swore we needed four new tires because our care was four wheel drive and they had all worn down. I know they burn faster but 2 months. (Please... I checked the tread the day before and it still looked new. Tread depth was great.) They just wanted to charge us for new tires instead of giving us the one under warranty. They could not figure out how to prorate the tires under their own warranty (Two months old there wasnt much to prorate.)and didnt seem to care that we had a child to pick up. (Three plus hours for one tire repair which had to be replaced.) This was a thirty minute job for any other service shop. Date of service was 12/3/2015. Allentown Wal-Mart get your act together and think about your customer service. That is why you exist.

This Walmart is positively one of the worst Walmarts Ive ever been too. Ive try to call there to speak with the store manager about an issue and the phone rings so long like they dont want to answer. Then when they do after over 5 minutes of waiting customer service answers and dont have a way to contact the store manager. Customer service at the store location sends you to some department because they have walkie talkies to call and have the store manager answer the phone? Theres no one in that department or they just dont answer the phone. The phone rings over 12 minutes. When I tried to call back they simply hung up...2 times in a row... I cant say it was a busy hour for them being as though it was after 9 a.m. on a Tuesday and if the excuse was because of a holiday... Veterans Day was the very next day...Very unprofessional!!! The security they have there (an older woman that drives a grey van) on site is very rude, ignorant and not good with customers. Almost like she hates her job and hate everyone around her. I have never posted anything about a Walmart store before in my life but this store has won the prize of being the worst Walmart store ever... I cant give the star I want to give. If so it would be a minus 1 star...

The Pharmacy is absolutely horrible! I called before going to get my prescriptions and was NEVER told they had to order one instead the girl said they were ready and told me the price. I drove there to get them only to find out one had to be ordered which I needed ASAP! This is not the first time this has happened. The pharmacist then says he will call around and find another pharmacy and have it ready..I then proceeded to go to the Walgreens across the street and they told me it wont be ready until after 6pm cause the pharmacist that called it in told them thats when I wanted to pick it up!! It was 3:30 pm when I got to Walgreens, why would I wait that long? Im officially changing pharmacies!!

Walmart store #2641 has poor customer service. I am regular customer but they treated me like a CRAP. Walmart employees are super RACIST especially people at Customer service. They have no mercy for their customers. They do not cooperate. They just let you feel in the way that you are nothing. Walmart store #2641 has the WORST customer service, i have ever seen in my entire life. Please dont go Walmart if you have dignity. They will ruin your reputation. I will never recommend anyone to go Walmart. They black & Spanish employees will not show any mercy if you are a White or Muslim. I will never go this Walmart (1091 MillCreek Rd, Allentown PA 18106) Again & never recommend to anyone!

1. their products are always opened up and looks like people just attempted to steal things and put it back. 2. I saw employees not doing anything job related or engaging in inappropriate discussions... 3. The patrons there are always the rudest, trashiest people you can walk into 4. I was looking for help finding a product and there was no one available to help me 5. Since when does a self check out not accept cash anymore?? and finally 6. I got the wrong change for my receipt and the cashier said, "Sorry I forgot." and continued on with the next patron. Disgusting store. Condemn the company. Go to Target where there isnt a crap life style attached to it.
