Karat 22 Jewelers has very friendly staffs working in there. They carry many high-end brand watches and I was on the market for a new watch. When I was in Houston, TX on a family vacation for a week, Anant who was the salesperson at the time was assisting me with my purchase. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the watches in the store. Although at the time, they didnt carry the make & model of the watch that I wanted, but he was able to help me order it and have it shipped to me in Philadelphia, PA right before the Asian Lunar New Year hits. Just in time for me to wear that beautiful new watch to the events that I was attending! Anant provided a very good customer-service and we had built a good rapport. He followed up with me throughout the process from the time my watch is shipped and after I received it to make sure everything is satisfactory to me. My watch came in very nicely packaged and everything is nice and new as I wanted. I would definitely recommend Anant & his store to anyone who is looking for a nice watch or jewelry in general. I will do business with Anant again in the future if and when Im on the market again for another nice watch. Thank you for the awesome service that you have provided!

My husband and I initially came here for a custom made engagement ring...fast forward - over the last year, weve purchased my engagement ring, both our wedding bands, Mangalsutra and various other pieces of jewelry and fine art sculptures. Very often we get asked where we got our wedding bands...my husband saw his on Etsy and I saw mine at Charming Charlies...we took in pictures and said this is what we want. Karat 22 not only delivered what we requested; but they made the whole experience absolutely pleasant, fun and affordable. We told our family and friends who much we enjoy going to Karat 22, to a huge surprise A LOT of our wedding presents came from Karat 22! We are ecstatic! When you are making such a big investment in a diamond, you need several things from a jeweler. You need them to show you all the options in your price range and they have to understand that you not end up getting the diamond from them as you would be foolish to not compare prices and product from other shops. This requires a huge time commitment. My experience with Anant from Karat 22 indicated that he values all of these things immensely. I had to change requirements multiple times after learning about the true value of diamonds - it is not as easy as understanding the 4 cs. Anant knew this and searched throughly for the specifications of the diamonds I needed. Carat 22 did an amazing job of getting the setting made for the diamond as well. All I had to do was provide the pictures. My lady was thoroughly impressed. You cant place a value on the time the folks at Carat22 are willing to spend with you.

We are jewelry wholesalers and we visited the store today. They dont care who you are if you are on the selling side of the business. This means that they are biased and try to push jewelry that makes them more money. Ms Rachna there said that becoming a supplier to Karat 22 was a very complicated process. She said "it is a lengthy process" . What kind of jewelers are they if they dont look at new items???? You think the customers are benefiting with this attitude of the Manager/Owner No! They will sell you all the returns and unsold items and make a FAT profit from you. BEWARE!

The Best Customer Service Ive had in a long time! The selection is huge with quality pieces. The staff is very helpful and sweet. On my many trips to different jewlery stores, & private jewelers here in Houston. I didnt get exactly what I wanted. But then I found this place, where I found my wedding ring. I was able to have a ring made custom in my size & at a great price. I will forever return for all my Jewlery needs. Very happy with my purchase.

Stay AWAY. Bunch of liers and unprofessional. How could Rolex accept to have their watches sold there? Probably they do not know how bad customer service is at that store. Usually family run stores care about their reputation, NOT these guys. Trust me and dont even try them like I did.
