I cant explain how amazing it was visiting HEB tonight. I went to Georgetown to go shopping with my sister, her son and my two children (ages 2-5). After experiencing some friendly check out service, it was time to head home. Well it went bad from there. We got the groceries in the trunk and kids into my 2013 nissan sentra that I bought twenty-four hours ago, BUT once everyone was inside, the car wouldnt start. No lights. Nothing. It was completely dead (or so we thought). Trying to figure out what the problem was for about 15 minutes out in the freezing temperature, a cart return gentleman named Tyler came up to ask if everything was okay. When I mentioned what was going on, he was apologizing and asking if I would like to use his coat while he ran inside to get someone else that knows more about cars. I told him I would wait in the car with my sister and the kids, but it was a nice gesture for him to do that. Not even a few minutes later, he came out with Lukas and he was taking a look under the hood to see if anything was out of place. Tyler was explaining if it was going to take awhile, if needing to get emergency service out there, then he offered we were welcomed to all go inside and use the breakroom to keep warm and use the tv to keep the little ones occupied. After only a few minutes after that, Lukas found out that the negative on the battery had a loose connection. They grabbed a tool bar, working as a GREAT team, and Tyler handed Lukas a pliers to tighten the bolt to the negative end. Needless to say, that was indeed the problem! I had to give them each a hug for turning my amazing day into a blessed one as well. Whenever I come down to Georgetown to visit from Temple, I know where to go to get whatever I need. Thank you guys, its an experience I will NEVER forget! Sincerely, One very happy mommy 01/07/2015

Its a grocery store, but it also has a restaurant where you can order hot meals, an urgent care, a bank, a pharmacy, a gift shop, has a gas station, clothing area, and a few other things Im probably forgetting. About the only thing I can think of it doesnt have compared to a HEB Plus is the electronics/movies/games section and a large outdoor section. Like any other HEB Ive been to, this place is always busy, whether its Friday evening or Sunday morning or the middle of the week. The parking lot is a bit crazy with some weird one-way sections and intersections that dont necessarily get you where you want to be, so look carefully when driving around.

I like the layout of this store and have been shopping there for about 2 years. The problem, it is super crowded every day, especially on Sunday afternoon. (and every afternoon during the week around 4-7pm) And dont even think about going there during a holiday period, you are bumping shoulders with half of Round Rock during a shopping experience. This store does have a lot of hard working employees, and very friendly and it is very clean. HEB could do well building another store halfway between the Palm Valley store and this one to spread some of the crowds out. My favorite HEB is in Dripping Springs.

This HEB is clean, open, and busy most of the time. It offers a lot of different items as well as the typical groceries. Think of it as a clean, slightly more expensive Wal Mart with a staff that will actually help you. The even have "traffic cops" that help organize customers into the shortest checkout lines. Theyll open "15 items or less" lines for "normal" shoppers when they need to. Also, the makeup section is really top-notch. My wife loves it, and she knows her stuff. It usually doesnt have busted lipsticks or smudges everywhere. Its quite impressive.

The cashier was very nice but the guy that was bagging my groceries seem to have an attitude. I bring my own bags &I have bags for Cold foods and I always have to explain to them those are the bag for cold food and when you have bread they always put it someplace where its going to get smash. Also I have to explain to them to not make the bag so heavy for me that I cant lift them yet they still make the bags heavy. This is why whenever the store has self-serve registers I rather do it myself cause I know how I want the items to be baged.

We visited on a Sunday, expecting a large crowd and large lines. Though it was indeed a good crowd of people, the isle were navigable, and there were many free samples. Excellent selections, however some produce looked under stocked and less than top quality. The most impressive part of the visit is that EVERY checkout lane was open with no more than two customers in each, and many openly available. We were in and out with ease and had positive experiences with the staff.

They have a good selection of produce, meats and other products. Maybe its like this at all grocery stores these days, but the fruit is not that great. You can find decent grapes, sometimes decent strawberries and blueberries, but the peaches, apricots, nectirines look good, but are VERY disappointing and costly. This is a negative for me because my kids eat lots of fruit. The store is clean and the staff have always been friendly.

very disappointed, i am driving from killeen to round rock for work everyday and sometimes need gas. I use HEB in killeen and as of 6/15 the gallon is $2.01. I went to the HEB on University and wow the gas is per gallon 2.10 ...what really....this is not right. HEB is HEB and the prices should be the same just like for groceries. most like will not come back with a price like this. make a difference to me.

This place is always packed, or perhaps I have the worse timing every single time I visit. The parking lot is equally busy and generally unpleasant. The store is very nice though and a vast improvement over the Seventh street and Riverside locations Ive become used to. I usually give myself a bit more time so I can grab a snack while I shop.

Another great HEB store. Its huge, nice and clean. Stores like this one are why locals consider HEB the best grocery chain in the world. Dont believe me? Go there check out selection, service, prices and cleanliness. I bet youll agree. I am not affiliated with HEB in any way. Im just a happy customer for the past 25 years.

Love this store. It is clean and well stocked. The deli provides wonderful take-out sides or entire meals. You cant beat the orange plate special. I avoid the HEB in Georgetown and make the short trip to Round Rock to shop. It is well worth it.

I am very happy with this store. Managers quickly correct any issues and employees are all quick to help. There are always samples every weekend and best of all, coupons! Ive come to this store since they opened. Loyal customer here.

Great selection of grocery items in a large shopping center. If you want a coffee theres a Starbucks a short walk across the parking lot. Walking distance to the outlet stores, Ikea, and the Scott and White hospital across the street.
