I wish I could give them 0 but it doesnt show on the rating. I was referred to this place by my contractor. What a disaster , customer service is at 0 and employees are lazy and make mistakes after mistakes. After spending an hour, by the cashier at service desk, he finally place my orders in the computer. He had at least 5 distractions by phone and other employees. I was told it takes a, week. After two weeks, and several phone calls, they delivered the wrong items. I had to go back and spent another hour for them to correct their mistake. This is beside the fact that I was overcharged on the delivery charges. Finally a supervisor promised that I will get the items the very next day by 10 am. I made sure she understood that every day of a delay, is costing me money. Next day I waited two hours and no show. I called the store at 11.30 to be told that no.one wrote on the delivery chart. So no one knew that items needed to be delivered. After another 30 minutes over the phone I was told the item will be delivered later on that day. After another hour of waiting I got another call that two of the doors, are damaged and they dont have them in the store. Bottom line they werent even sure if I can get them.the same day and might even be on another day. I asked for the manager that is never present, I asked for district manager and was given the corporate office phone number. Basically everyone passes the buck and no one takes the responsibility of their action. Horrible service, incompetent and unknowledgable employees and cheap materials on top of everything else. Stay away. Lowes and Home Depot have better materials and great customer service.

This place is the worst hardware store special order serivce I have ever been to. We special ordered some windows, we got windows that were least then what we expected. The dimentions were wrong, we did not want crossbars, we got them anyway, and when we took it home the sliding pane fell off. On top of the windows they gave us. We were supposed to get it a week before we actually did. When we did come to pick up the windows the service took forever. If you want a large selection of very general stuff then go here, If you want a particular thing do not.

This place has a great selection of wood. Ive been building wooden fences and gates for my home. The redwood fence boards here, in my opinion, look much better and feel sturdier than those at Lowes or the Home Depot. They also offer delivery - the three times I ordered wood for delivery, it would always arrive the next day. I would suggest going to their "drive-thru" lumber yard to look at the different wood they have - you can just walk in there; you dont have to take your car in the drive-thru. Overall, great products and great delivery service.

The secret here I used to think was that it was cheap but much lower quality than Home Depot. Quite a few times recently I have found items that are better and cheaper than Home Depot or more stylish and cheaper. Im starting to really like this place. It does look a bit run down when you get in there and the people are even less helpful than Home Depot if you can believe that. But the deals are definitely worth it and lately Ive even been finding helpful employees. I suspect theyll have five stars by the end of the year.

The customer service is really lousy. Every time Ive been there it takes forever just to get out with something simple. The staff is uncaring and untrained. Considering how bad the customer service is youd think the pricing would be better. Time is money, and i wasted both by visiting there. Two thumbs down.

So happy I found this place! Of course with some things it would be great if they had a wider selection but there is a big enough selection of most items and their prices are beyond worth the trip! Excellent! Ive always had great customer service. So much better than Home Depot or Lowes.

I have my own construction business.This is a contractors warehouse, they have great prices and selection. If youre looking for someone to hold your hand and tell you what you need to get, go to Lowes or Home Depot

Love the outdoor lumber drive through. Good selection on wood. Way cheaper than stock lumber! Great place to rent tools and bobcats excavators trailers.
