I love the selection and display at Turquoise. The showroom is small, enabling you to quickly scan all the tiles and choose your favorites. They also have a great selection of harder to fine tiles. Id been to Home Expo, tile warehouse, tile emporium... and always felt overwhelmed and uninspired. After an hour in Turquoise, I had everything picked out. This is where I recommend you write down all your tile product numbers and info and then order elsewhere. The store rep was unable to manage looking up the prices for the tiles I had picked out while I was there. I had to fax her the info so she could have more time to figure out the books. But faxing alone does not work. A consistent stream of faxes and phone calls was necessary to get my order placed. I ended up downsizing my order to include only the floor tile that I couldnt source anywhere else. When I called to place the final order, the store rep could not find the fax I had sent that morning. After we placed the order and I gave her my credit card, she told me she would call me to let me know when the order was coming in. A week later I call to check in and she said that the floor tile came in days ago. She also said that she had found the old fax and placed the rest of the order (without calling me to confirm - even though we discussed that I was just going to get the floor tile now). Unprofessional and unpredictable. Luckily, there was time to cancel the rest of the order. Like I said - great place to plan your project - but I wouldnt dare try to put a complex tile order through these guys. Maybe use them for that one unusual item, but be prepared to stay on top of the order.

When I contracted Turquoise to do a second job in my house, which was very big: convert a basement into a leaving studio and redo my bathroom, I was expecting to receive the same great job ZI had before, but this time was very different. The quality of work was really bad. They started using some subcontractors how really did not know how to do the job. The tile instalation was so bad that I could do it myself. There were so many mistakes that were no fixed and all I keeping hearing from them is excuses. Tremendous frustration, great lack of responsibility and respect for the customer. They even left the garbage behind and unfinished work to be done. Totally unreliable.

I had Turquoise doing my kitchen and the outside deck. These guys worked so hard and did an amazing job. They do not cut any corners to get the job done properly. I used their material from their selection, and my kitchen looks like a million dollar kitchen. I am now in the process of redoing my bathrooms and basement with them. There is nothing to me that is more important than TRUST, HONESTY and QUALITY, and they have it all. Reasonable price, great work and friendly to work with. What else do you need? I woud indicate them to anyone. I am very happy with the work they have done in my house.
