I LOVE THIS PLACE! All of a sudden both of my indoor cats had fleas. So I drove to pet smart in MODESTO for assistance. I had researched what I might need before going and was somewhat confused as to which med was best PLUS I knew my house would need to be bombed. PETSMART was a bust/waste of my time. Everyone was "too busy" to assist me. SO....I drove to Turlock to PETEXTREME and wow WHAT A DIFFERENCE. A young lady too the time and walked me all around the store. SHE WAS LIKE AN ANGEL! I regret I didnt get her name so I could personally compliment her because her boss needs to give her a huge raise!

It would be nice if they could find an arrangement for their merchandise and kind of stick to it - every time I visit, I have to hunt for things because theyve moved that section yet again. And the lighting seems weird in this store - kind of dark in certain spots. They do have a nice big variety of the good dog foods here, and also have those pig ears that my dog goes crazy for

They have a decent size section of pet food and supplies here, but the quality is somewhat poor. The prices are just a tad bit higher than the average pet store too. I wouldve liked to see a better quality selection of canned cat food. Brands like Weruva and Organix would be ideal. Most of the foods here are grocery store brands that I would never feed to my baby.

They have great costumer service. Called because I was in need of KMR liquid cans, Petco (turlock) or Petsmart in Manteca (petsmart manteca staff hadnt even heard of it, weird.) did not carry it. Spoke to a nice gentleman who took the time to see if they had it in stock, which they did, thankfully. Was in & out with no hassle. Thank you guys!

Yesterday I took my dogs Chloe and Bobbie to be groomed at your Grooming department and I must say they looked adorable and happy when I came to pick them up. Thank you staff. You are truly caring and adept at what you do. I would recommend you to all my friends with pets.

So l went to go buy a new pet and the lady whos attending me doesnt want to grab the harmless to put it in the box so l can take it home...so she calls someone to get it other than her and as the man comes to get it he grabs it and it escapes...Not lmpressing!! :/

I was charged twice for my purchase of $80 for a total of $160.00 and the manager seemed to not care to make this right. I will be filing a civil suit and a police report. These people are crooks and I would never do buisness with them again

Always greeted when we enter store, pet friendly (of course) and a large supply of cat and dog food. They will take back any food (opened or not) if for any reason youre not satisfied with it.

I take my dogs here for grooming sometimes because one of the groomers looks like Ellen Page. Ask for Christina (Kristina?). Totally worth it.

I would also like to see more canned cat food .include in that canned cat food for senior cats.their selection is horrible for that especially.
