The staff are friendly and the store is clean. Have good offers especially buy one get one. Produce and bakery are also fresh. I only once had an issue with the deli. The products have also been good but once I came in an hour before close. I went to deli and notice the person chatting with someone. I waited about 5 mins to be services when he didnt come over I left to get my other groceries. I came back about 10 mins later and he was still talking to that person!! At that point I interrupted them and an older lady came up and said "we turned off the lights and the machines so were closed". I explained how I came 15 mins earlier and was ignored. She sent the guy off to the back, ignored my comment and just repeated herself. I wasnt in the mood to argue so I left and got prepackaged meat instead. Other than that Ive never had an issue with staff. They do offer western union at customer service.

Winn Dixie advertises that their prices have gone down, but I noticed so did the quality of items they sell. Are they buying poor quality products from their vendors to make up for the lower prices??? Early this week, I had to return mangoes as half of the fruit had white spots in the middle. Yesterday went back to return Chinet paper plates because they had black spots/stains on many of the plates. Bought yesterday yucca for a recipe I am making only to find they were also bad. Tired of going back and forth to replace the items I bought! Just wondering who is in charge of quality control, especially in the Produce section? Time to shop elsewhere? The employees in this Wesley Chapel store are all great though!

Hartford Two

Ive had the same credit fraud issues as D Crawford did. Twice now, USAA has phoned in regards to potential fraud. I had several charges at Winn Dixies in Apollo Beach, Valrico, and not to mention three charges for roughly $400 a piece at the Wiregrass Mall. The only reason this store still retains 2 of its 5 stars is the staff. The cashiers Ive had the pleasure of running into in both the main and liquor stores have always been kind and the shelf-stockers have all gone out of their way to help me find whatever it is Ive been looking for. Just tighten up on protecting your damn customers from fraud.

Just want to give a heads up to all and see if others have this issue. 3 times in the past 12 months we have had our debit card hacked after shopping at our local Winn Dixie store. The hacked cards are then used to shop at other Winn Dixie stores that have always been in the Apollo Beach, Valrico and Sun City locations. All 3 times the exact same stores. Coincidence or inside job?? If you have had similar issues please make sure the store management know so they can try to address the issue if possible.

This win dixie used to be a sweet bay before it was bought out. Since then their inventory has been on the decline and often it is tough to find fresh vegetables. It seems they are focusing on keeping prices down but with that variety in choices are going down as well. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out if you have any questions. The store is generally clean and nice to shop at otherwise. Ill edit the review when I see more inventory in the store again.

Winn Dixie is the absolutely PERFECT place to go. Nice staff, clean inside and out, its just perfect! Cheap sales, fresh food from the market, and there are so many staff members to help you.

I cannot say one bad thing about this grocery store, fresh food, no lines, great selection and excellent staff. Plus you save gas money on every purchase without paying more than other stores.

This is the worst Winn Dixie Ive ever been to. Its dirty inside and out. I have to assume its due to bad management because it was just as bad when it was a Sweebay grocery store.
