Awful. My co-workers and I ordered flowers from Janies for our supervisor for Valentines day. I ordered over the phone and asked for a large beautiful boquet of pink flowers and not all roses. The total came to $72.16, which was more than the $50-60 boquet I had asked for at the beginning of our conversation. I will take the blame for that, because I should have asked how much the total was before I finished the order, but I assumed they would stay within the range I stated to them that we would spend. The flowers came promptly on Valentines day. Our $72.16 boquet looked like a $15.00 bunch of flowers from Wal-Mart. They were mostly carnations and daisies, not the nice gerbera daisies, but just plain find-them-by-the-side-of-the-road daisies. Some of the flowers were broken, and some were wilted. This was not a $72.16 boquet. I was so embarrassed becuase I was the one that ordered them and collected the money from everyone. I felt like Id let everyone down. I went home and read on the webside that if you are not satisfied with your order they would refund you. I called on Februrary 24th and explained what we didnt like about the flowers and Janie, the owner, said that she would refund me for some of the amount, she never said how much. I waited four weeks, checked my account regularly for a refund and never saw it. I called again on the Thursday March 29th talked to another girl that worked at the shop, explained that I had not received a refund yet and for Janie to please call me back that day. No calls. I called again on the next day and spoke with Janie who said "oh, they mentioned that you called." I regailed the story AGAIN and asked about my refund and she plainly replied that she "forgot to do that, Ill do that right now." Almost a week later, I called again to ask what was going on with my refund. They said "we got a new system and we just figured out how to do refunds yesterday." They should have called me to tell me this before I had to call them 4 times. I asked the to please call me when they got it figured out. An hour or so later I get a voicemail from Janies saying they would refund me $21.00 to my account. I will never use this florist again and do not recommend them. They were unprofessional and a rip off. Ive always used pro-flowers and the only reason I didnt this time was because I thought I could get more for less at a local florist. Not the case, I got less flowers for more money with Janies Country Gallery Florist.

I have bought several flower arrangements from here and each time had a great result. I ordered flowers for a friends birthday that morning and they had them delivered right after lunch. I have also received a few arrangements from here and the flowers were always amazing, long lasting and delivered when the sender expected. I also recently got married and Janie did the most beautiful and just breathtaking bouquet for me. I had peacock feathers as my theme and colors and she did such a fantastic job... I was just so taken aback by how stunning it was. This is my go to place for any flower needs I have!

I had a great experience with this florist! Called at one and a beautiful purple rose arrangement was delivered by four! She loved them! Great service and a fair price! Will use again!
