Like a typical male, I called day of, was vague in what I wanted, but gave them a few pointers and a price range . Just a few hours later, I was able to pick up a lovely arrangement that made my wifes day (and got me out of some trouble) and they were helpful and professional throughout. I will definitely be using them in the future and its great theyre just down the street from where I work.

Flowers didnt look anything like what I purchased. I asked for no substitutions and to have the product not sent if flowers werent available. There were no roses included and the vase was completely different. Would not purchase flowers from here again.
