If I could give it zero stars I would. Management is so rude to workers and customers. It is a brand new building and already looks nasty. The bathrooms are nasty. The worst looking bakery and deli workers I have ever seen. I have a 35 $ gift card for there that Im going to give to someone rather than patronize the business. I cant believe it still continues to grow. Maybe the ones in other areas are ran differently. There is always some kind of domestic squabble goung on in or around the store. Hobos and beggers approach in the parking lot The one and only time I ever was able to speak to the manager he did so through what looked like about a ton of smokless tobacco in his mouth. His grammar terrible and so rube so please people do yourselves a favor and shop somewhere else.

I really try my best to avoid going into any Food City but especially this one. I have nevet seen a sadder looking bunch of people working at a grocery store in my whole life. No one speaks to you. No one says thank you. The parking lot is a death trap. It is just so sad to me that I dont have any desire to support this locally owned company. I remember when it was a great place to shop. I also remember when the commercials said our wear house is in Abingdon. It is local so we can keep prices low. Well the distribution center is still in Abingdon. Why are the prices so high? Why are the workers so miserable looking? Why is it so hard to get anyone to help you in any department? Not the same place it was 20 years ago.

Food City has that Home Town feeling that the larger chain stores lack. Yes, I cant pick up my husbands boxers along with my roast chicken but they have a very varied selection of groceries. The big chains are cutting back on variety. I love the fresh local produce and the employees are so kind, welcoming , polite, and helpful. I feel comfortable in the store. I feel Im in my home town grocery store and everyone knows everyone. And everyone is your friend. Good going, Food City. Keep it up. Oh yeah, soooo clean!

I came i around 11 and had a long list of items i was getting for a neighbor who had to prepare for her daughters 5th bday party in the morming and had kids who were sick n couldnt make it herself. I was all over that store looking for various things and 3 lovely associates were kind enough to help me even though it was almost time to close. They got me all i needed and another gentleman helped me in the lot to load my groceries in my car. Thank u all so mich. That made my errand much more enjoyable.

I like this Food City. They often have good sales going on. Their pharmacys prices are the lowest I have found and I use them regularly for prescriptions. And the pharmacy staff is always friendly. But, I give them four stars for their check out lanes, which seem overcrowded from not having enough lanes open. And that express lane? Bring along a novel or newspaper to read as youll be standing in line a while. But overall a good grocery store and I will keep going there.

This time was awful there was only one person in front of me in Glenns line and they had like 7 things and I was waiting and waiting and waiting for him to stop talking so I could get me crying two year old home.. Finally 15 mins later he was checking us out and wasnt paying attention and put drinks on top of my bread. Then he tried to talk to us like that too and I said have a good day and walked off. The person behind me even got upset.

When I was about to checkout I saw a small dog in a cart with two people checking out. I thought animals were not allowed food acquainted stores. It would have been one thing if it were a service dog, but it wasnt and the dog is climbing all over cart where groceries are put. I was highly disgusted by this encounter. I now shop at Kroger they have way better deals and the store is actually clean.

The Food City Deli has a good breakfast plate. You get a serving of eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, a gravy biscuit, and a soft drink. They serve a standard breakfast with good wifi and comfortable surroundings. On top of this its a bargain. With your Food City card its only three dollars. Good cheap food served 8:00 to 10:30 a.m.. Every Food City Ive seen in the Tri-Cities does this.

Went to Food City on Volunteer Parkway in Bristol, Tn. Went to the deli and ordered a hamburger and hot dog They brought the hot dog in about 15 minutes, and after asking the about the burger and waiting 17 more minutes asked to talk to the manager and they said. Sorry but they had 7 other orders and we could have our money back. We felt quite ticked off about their attitude.

I love the store layout and aesthetics but TOO many times have I had to bag my own groceries due to there being no bagger at the checkout. My orders are usually pretty large and I dont want to wait for everything to be rung up and then wait for the cashier to bag everything as well. I love everything else about the store but this.

I avoid this place like the plague. Food City used to be a good place to shop. They have forgotten what made them successful in the first place. They no longer take care of people. Not customers. Not employees. They have came a long way alright. A long way from the Best Store in Town. Sad.

Prices can get high. And they can never order enough 7ups.unless the distributors limit them, but I doubt that. Other then that I love its location and fresh meat selections fresh produce and a huge store. I think management needs to open their minds more to bring more options.

Little upset cause I didnt bring mail coupon from Mail. Was advertised can only use at Bonham Rd store but was told could use at Euclid store. Employee told me they were not advised of Mail flyers. FC needs better communication with headquarters. Still my favorite store.

Bought flowers for mothers day and came tom pick them up theyd given them to someone else. This in turn made me late for mothers day dinner with my wife. With the already ski high prices compared to wal mart this has turned me against them completely!!,

It is just a terrible grocery store. Long waiting time in lines. The store manager is rude. He could barely speak to me with all the smokeless tobacco in his mouth. I really hate when I have to shop there. Which is few and far between.

This food city is great. I love how spacious it is with the wider aisles. The salad bar and deli always look fresh and clean. I especially like how the produce department is set up and how big it is!
