Poor customer service, I have never felt comfortable when working with the staff at this florist, I really only use them out of convenience (close to my employment). Each time I leave there I feel like they are "doing me a favor" . I have ordered from this florist 3 times and of the 3 times I have ordered from this florist I have been pleased only 1 of those times. My most recent was a floral arrangement for a large reception. I brought a photo to the florist and ask that the arrangement be as close as possible to the photo, I was told "well do our best". When I got to the reception there were two other BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements from two well known florist in the area. My arrangement next to the other two did not do me justice!! I was embarrassed to say the least and not happy when I was told that the other two arrangements cost less than what I paid for mine. I wish this florist well however I will be ordering my arrangements elsewhere in the future.

Beware DP area patrons, as my family/friends used to be loyal customers for over 5 years of this place until this mothers day 2013. Their florists no longer produce what is advertised in their online photo like they use to do. Staff member, Sarah K, was disrespectful when her we told her that TWO of her finished products did not look anything like those pictured online. She gave a nasty,rude attitude and stated “If you don’t like this arrangement, then you people don’t need to come back here anymore!! So just don’t come back here ever again!” as well mouthing the words “F--K Y--”, with a wide grin from ear-to-ear in front of other customers while the owners back was turned. Owner has never called to apologize to rectify the situation or explain the behavior of their ignorant and disrespectful employee (sadly enough, she was there for the whole situation.)

I received an over-the-top, humongous arrangement of flowers from Bay Hill Florist this week. Its the most beautiful display Ive ever seen or received personally. I couldnt believe my eyes, and neither has anyone else whose seen them in person. My entire room smells like a fresh garden! Everyone is in awe when they gaze upon them, and Ive been getting compliments about them daily. Bay Hill did a wonderful job! I only wish I could share my pictures with you for your own viewing and personal opinion. I will use them in the near future myself after this experience, and highly recommended them to others. "Gorgeous, just simply gorgeous!"

This place is great! The flowers are the best I have been able to find and last longer than any others I have bought. If you want your flowers more than a few days, this is the place to buy from. They offer great service and put together great arrangements. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality flowers and arrangements. I have used for parties and celebrations and there hasnt been a time where someone did to comment have bueatiful the flowers looked.

I bought the Royal Majesty roses here and they were the most beautiful roses I have ever bought. My wife and i marveled at how long they lasted (over one week) and they kept getting bigger everyday, almost beyond belief. I ordered the flowers to be at a nearby restaurant and they were there just as requested when we arrived. Bought flowers several times since then. I dont live near the shop but it is worth the detour to get some really quality flowers.

I had a beautifal arrangment delivered to my best friends work for her birthday and was so pleased by the arrangment size for what I had to spend it was absolutely gorgeous with gerber Daisys exploding. I ordered flowers from her for Valentines Day. I placed my order with Jo Ann who was very helpful and took the time to show me different arrangements. I picked the bouquet up on Valentines Day from Sarah who was very polite and helpful. Any flowers I buy from now on will come from here.

I needed a special kind of flower for my wedding anniversary and was advised to go to Bay Hill Florists. I wasnt disappointed! The owner did his utmost to ensure that I got the flowers I needed on time. I would recommend this shop and the service they offer to anybody.

This place goes above and beyond. I walked in a bit clueless and Joann was amazingly helpful and attentive; she made the boutonnieres on the spot and even let me watch her work, answering questions and explaining her technique. I will definitely be going back again!

The business owner must have created these positive ratings as this was not my experience. This is the single worst florist I have EVER used. I would recommend buying your flowers at a grocery store over this place.

Spent $78.00 on a small vase with three half opened sunflowers. They did refund the delivery charge, but I still wont trust the florist without seeing product which Ive never had that problem before.
