Im in customer service, and I know what it means to be patient, non-argumentative, and factual-based; I also know what it means to have understanding. Is the only way for consumers to be heard in this company is for us to write negative reviews across social media boards?! Our (myself and my roommates) first and LAST experience at Underpriced Furniture has been the worst. Kyeal Chester called almost two weeks ago and spoke with a female manager who stated she would call back, and never did. I called today and spoke with four different store associates who kept asking me what was going on before finally being transferred to the Store Manager Robert (whom all of them stated they were going to get him before the next person picked up the phone). I explained to him that when our couch was delivered two weeks ago, the delivery men showed up at 11:15 pm. We received a phone call stating they would deliver the couch between noon and 4, but that time passed by. Then we get another phone call stating they would deliver it at 7:30, but that time passed by. We get another phone call at 9:00 pm from the delivery men asking "Do you still want us to deliver your couch?" Obviously, our response was yes. We did not want to wait another DAY for anymore excuses. They told Kyeal that they would deliver it within 45 minutes to an hour. We said fine. It wasnt until (again) 11:15 pm that we opened our doors to the delivery men BECAUSE theyd just arrived. After explaining this to the Store Manager Robert, I asked him how do we correct this. He told me because the delivery fee was financed with the price of the couch, there is nothing he could do, and that I would have to call the finance company. At first, I accepted this, and asked if there was a report that I could file with him to correlate what he and I spoke about, and he stated no. Then he came back and said "you could have asked for them to deliver the couch the next day." Thats when I became irate. We very well could have requested the couch be delivered TWO days later OR rented a U-Haul and picked it up ourselves, but that wasnt what we paid for OR what was promised to us by the company OR THE DELIVERY MEN! Again, they called a few times and informed us they would deliver the couch within reasonable times until the very last phone call. Robert then ARGUED with me about what I should have done, and offered me a $50.00 store credit. I asked him who was higher than him, and he said "No one. They put me in charge to make such decisions." Who is "they" if there is no one higher than you? I asked for a management company, corporate number, etc.....his answer was "we dont have one. He gave me the finance companys number, I asked him was the phone call recorded, and ended the call. I will NEVER shop there again, and I will continue to speak of the horrible management and customer service team that Underpriced Furniture has.

I had bought around 6K furniture from them. They say that they deliver next day but for me delivery was 5 days after the order. I give them benefit of the doubt since they might be out of stock for the items that I order. When they delivered it after 5 days 1) They did not delivered cocktail table - They said that it was not loaded on the truck- but it was on the receipt as I have already paid for it. 2) Mattress they delivered doesnt fit the Bed. Delivery guys just assembled the Bed and did not bother about putting the mattress on bed(or they did and they knew something is wrong). They sold me a King size mattress but it just doesnt fit the kind size bed. I called their warehouse and customer service and was made to hold for 45 minutes each time. When at last I got in touch with my Sales Agent, she said that she was not sure why they missed the Cocktail table and why Delivery guys dint put the mattress on the bed and check the size. She said that she will call be back but havent received a call yet from her. Now I am left with the bed and mattress that doesnt fit at all.Planning to return those items as I dont see them responding back. I am their first time customer and impression that they have given to me is that they will just take order and take payment after that you will be left on your own to follow-up. Highly disappointed with their service. I just hope they call back and fix their error. Adding to my above review or agony. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ppl Go through all the reviews before you decide to buy furniture from this store. They will sell you bad product and will not even honor their warranty, I bought 6K furniture from them which also had a bed for $1200,, my Bed started making squeaking sound and technician when visited told me that my bed was delivered without Slats, thus it is making sound. He told me that they will install the Slats next week and it has been more than 2 months and still not install, I have been following up with them every week and they always give me excuses. They dont honor their commitment, their customer service is very rude and they lie on face. I have been sold a $1200 crap, it would have been better to buy an item from a Craigslist or some other reputed store. I would be interested to see what their customer service responds to this review,as they have been aware of my case. They know they have messed up things and sold me a bad product but they are trying to runaway from either fixing it or replacing it or refunding the amount.

I purchased a home and needed to buy brand new furniture for literally every room in the house, so I went to UPF in Norcross. The staff was very friendly, and did not make me feel like I was under a lot of pressure to purchase anything in the store, unlike the staff at other major furniture stores. The store is HUGE and everything is well organized! I walked around the entire store, took pictures of what I liked, and then had a sales associate check for availability. This store does offer same/next day delivery, but only if the items you need are in stock. I purchased two beds, and a sectional. Some of the pieces were available and some were not, but I chose to have everything delivered once they were all available, which was the following Friday (about 8 days away). I payed cash for my items plus $70 for the sofas fabric protection, plus a $119 delivery fee; not bad being that live almost 40 miles from the store. I received a phone call the day before my delivery to confirm a time window and also a call 30 minutes before they showed up. They were on time, and very professional. They actually went above and beyond, and waited for ME to show up on delivery day, as I was a little late arriving to my home once they called and said they were on the way. They could have easily left with my furniture and charged me for a new delivery appointment, but they didnt. They put everything together without damaging anything in my home. I was worried that my newly painted walls, and freshly cleaned carpets would be ruined since it was a rainy, nasty day. However my home was spotless when they left. The delivery guy noticed that there was some minor damage to one of the drawers on my storage bed, and arranged to have a service tech come and fix them. That service was completed today and once again, the staff at UPF was very professional, and efficient. They fixed the drawers and they look good as new. All the items are purchased are heavy, sturdy, quality pieces; NOTHING like the items usually sold in other discount furniture stores. I am pleasantly surprised and pleased at what a great experience I have had with UPF. I even cancelled an order I placed at another popular furniture store (rhymes with "moons to know"), and plan to return to UPF in a few days to purchase furniture for the rest of my home. THANK YOU UPF!
