I had a good experience and Im planning to head back in the next week but I REALLY wished I knew their policies better before purchase. I bought a king-sized bed frame for 1/3 what it would cost at Ashley Furniture and was pleasantly surprised to realize later it was brand new! No pressure sales staff was nice so I could wander and shop. Only reason I cant give 5 stars is I wish Id known about them not being able to deliver AND the 7 day hold policy is a bit unnerving (After 7 days, they charge holding fees), so be ready to take possession when you purchase. Having said all that, Im planning another trip shortly to see about getting some more great finds. :)

They have some very nice furniture and all of it is maintained well. There prices are reasonable and the best part is, is that every week the item stays, the price drops. So the longer it is there the cheaper it becomes. I ended up purchasing an office chair for $47. The lady there was kind enough to honor the drop down price even though it was scheduled to drop in price the day after. The chair was easily over $150 new. I definitely recommend this place if you want to buy nice furniture for discounted prices.

What a great place. Beautiful furniture, amazing selection and items are priced to move. You can browse as you like, but if you have questions, the people there are knowledgeable and willing to help. The longer an item stays in the store, the deeper the discount, go during the week if possible to avoid weekend rush. They care about customer service and in my experience are willing to develop repeat customers, of which I am one.

A fun place to shop for furniture, lamps, rugs, and jewelry! This store is spacious and clean. Each visit is a surprise, and sometimes I have to go through the place 2 or 3 times to see everything. I found a beautiful emerald and diamond ring and treated myself! The sisters are so nice and the prices are great. Check it out!

Unique finds at great prices. Check for weekly markdowns, 10% off the original price. :) I got two paintings, a crystal glass vase and two candy holders, fruit basket, and another decorative Venetian-like (Murano) glass vase for $80 w/ tax. Happy shopping!

Great variety, good quality, fair prices.... items could be displayed better. Most items not "displayed" as "settings", just setting where they land. Nice staff. Give yourself time to look, big place!
