I am rating 5 stars for the mall overall because we have had many completely satisfying visits I anticipate that in the future. However, my experience at Claires today was 0 stars. Why did a Claires employee at Tippecanoe Mall feel the need to lie to me today by saying that they no longer pierce ears? As a matter of fact, she stated that Claires stopped providing this service awhile ago. Unbeknownst to her apparently, I hadnt yet left the store as I observed her give a parent the permission form to pierce his daughters ears. I then overheard her ask for his photo ID. The employee opened the cabinet and started to get latex gloves, but once she noticed that we were still in the store she paused and closed it back. My little girl had items in her hand she was planning to purchase; I told her to put them back, we are not shopping here. Upon exiting the store, I took several pictures. I wanted to go back and have a word with her, but my children were there as was the little girl (whose father kept watching me because hed heard what was said to me Im sure). In my profession over the years I have handled and responded to company reviews, surveys, guest relations, and resolutions. It doesnt take a lot to provide exceptional customer service and make each and every patron feel like youve gone above and beyond to earn their business. She didnt care what my perception was of my experience, nor that she flat out lied to me in front of other guest. Why??? Im not one to speculate, especially for someone that ignorant, bold, and undeserving of my business. Theres no acceptable excuse.

Ive been coming here since I was a child, during the malls glory days there was a KB Toys, an Arcade, some sort of drug store like Walgreens, a Movie theater, a Burger King, an Orange Julius, and a train that rode around the mall. There was even people dressed in mascot style costumes from time to time. Now the place is a bit of a drag, but the Sushi is a plus and the Grand Four is still there (FYE, Spencers, Hot Topic, and Gamestop). I Guarantee you, if those four stores were removed from the mall, the mall would start to go under. When people want something unique there are only so many places they can go, but not finding the unique items they seek can often convince them to look at other stores nearby. When a family goes to the mall, there needs to be something for everyone, or else conflict may prevent such a family trip. Remove the Grand Four and you remove the sweet bait that lures many of your customers to the mall, and many will go through one mall entrance from time to time that requires them to walk through an entire store like Kohls or JC Pennys. I was also disappointed to see Zeus Gyros removed... But either way great memories, its just too bad the best is in the past.

The mall is pretty low key and quiet most of the time, not a ton of traffic. Selection of stores is limited and definitely doesnt give you the hubbub that some other very lively malls give. Good place for mall walking since foot traffic is pretty sparse. Porkys BBQ camps out in the parking lot during summer months, which is a nice option for a pretty small mall food court (5 to 6 small chain stores including the typical mall Asian American food restaurant). Bigger eateries attached to the mall include Applebees and Panera. In the mall vicinity parking lot are also Pepes, O Charleys, Hooters, and some fast food chains.

A nice place for shopping for anything. Its got your typical Hot Topic for the latest trands in young, haughty fashion and stores like GameStop for your trendy, haughty hobbies. Theres some real treats here like the convenience store and the smoke shop; along with your large appliance and business attire retailers. The best part of this mall is the people; namely the beautiful women. Because of these reasons its a fantastic place to spend some time and grab a bite to eat; even if youre just browsing.

The mall is small for the size of the towns it services. College students from Purdue. The general population of the twin city Greater Lafayette area, and our small surrounding communities. That all being said its a decent shopping center with the basic Simon Malls stores. Small food court with a fare range of price options. One of the only places to go in Lafayette.

Well, its the mall in town. They have the usual. Old Navy, H&M, Gymboree, The Childrens Place and Kohls are they ones I visit the most. All of the ones I mention have good deals and sales. I wish they had Carters and OKBG though. Food court is rather small, but offer options of every price range. They have some restaurants outside too.

Its small, i moved here about a year ago from Chicago. All I can say I thought for being such a college town because of Purdue it would be bigger. By me almost all malls are at least two stories tall. Dont get me wrong its great for it size. But Id liked to see a new bigger mall open up with activities that families can go to.

Usually I do not care for trips to the mall, but this evening we got to eat at a real restaurant, the kids were not terrible, and they even seemed to enjoy walking around a bit afterward. The new ThinkGeek store is like a little Museum, cuz who can afford to buy any of that stuff anyway, right? The three-year-old liked it.

Stopped into Lenscrafters and the office of Dr. Fagin today and wasnt dissappointed. Eye exam took a little longer due to patient flow, but didnt mind the wait. Michelle, Lesa, and Jennifer at Lenscrafters were all helpful and knowledgeable! The frames may be a little pricy, I dont mind spending extra for great service

In this day and age, it is becoming increasingly rare to see malls in smaller towns that still have all of their anchor stores and no vacant stores within the mall itself. Although it isnt a mall to be compared to metropolitan city malls, it is clean, usually busy, and isnt filled with undesirable "hood rats".

There are a few good stores left to shop, but the atmosphere of this mall has deteriorated. The kiosk stores are juvenile. They have a gas and sip style store in the food court. Its just low class and not very appealing and the shopping selection is just not there. To many empty spaces.

Awkward and very pushy salesperson- he followed me around the store and kept telling me to buy a Star Wars plate set. The other salespeople are probably not demanding like he was, but the experience was so annoying that Ill just go back to shopping at ThinkGeek online.

A small adequately sized mall for anyone in or around Lafayette. However, the mall could have more variety of stores rather than mainly clothing stores tailored towards females. Also, youll be afraid to touch anything in the bathrooms are they are horribly maintained.

A good place to go, for last minute shopping or for a specific need or casual strolling. Doesnt have all outlets like some of the bigger malls and hence offers a limited choice of products. Nevertheless, its popular as its the only one in the area.
