Ok so let me tell you about this mall!! If I could give 0 stars I would. No type of air inside. Its dirty and the fun n food is DISGUSTING the food court is nice though. The worst was literally the fun n food!! I came in with my kid and he told me some lady or short girl in red hair was cursing and being mean to her fellow co workers being disrespectful! On top of that I noticed the KIDS in the kitchen dont wear gloves!! Witch is disgusting! Its basically a business ran by KIDS! I dont recommend anybody to go there with their kids and eat. They are very unsanitary and dirty and the games look like they are never cleaned. I dont know how everyone else feels about this place but its disgusting and if you go and take your kids there DONT order food!!!! I basically threw money in the trash just by spending it here. I had a horrible experience

hahahaahaha looking through the reviews youll notice all the five star " this mall is great" reviews are made by people with the last names of the few waste land stores that are in there clientele.. Meaning these reviewers either work, own, or know the person who runs these not even Iraq quality stores. How this mall keeps the lights on is beyond me. Its a toxic wasteland of emptiness that will never amount to anything every AGAIN. Dont waste your time in going there unless you just want to walk around and see what Antioch use to be like. Oh wait I know how they keep the lights on.. The college thats out there is footing the bill. How anyone would want to be attached to them is beyond me. Tear it down and build condos raising the rents of the surrounding area driving out the people who have made Antioch what it is today.... undesirable.

This place is a joke, how can the owners expect our community to take this place seriously when it still looks like an abandoned mall from the outside? It is just a sad, sad place. It will never be the shopping destination that is once was and any new business owner who plans open up shop there are setting themselves up for failure. If the mall owners want to attract new customers, then take some pride in your curb appeal, promote and spot light your business owners through all these social media sites that so many people use and for heavens sake, update your facebook page at least weekly. If people do not see things going on there, it directly relates to whats going on in your mall, which is nothing.....

It will challenge your concept of a Mall if you go there expecting to see what a mall looks like. Its basically a deserted big building with a lot of nothingness. Some stores are still open and even they are almost empty. The instant impression was that of an abandoned building had I not seen few stores here and there. Whats crazy is most stores have a notice saying backpacks are not allowed. I guess its closing soon. Dont waste time going there looking for a mall

Mostly empty, a bunch of identical poorly stocked shops. I tried contacting the global fun and food arcade in the mall to book a birthday party for my daughter.. they never returned any of my 5 messages, and they are frequently closed when their posted hours day theyre open. Exceptionally poor management.

This is the dirtiest shopping area i have ever visited. I used to love Hickory Hallow Mall and I live in Antioch. I wish the current owners would sell to someone who would take care of the mall. The additions of the ford center, medical center, and College are amaizing, but the mall has to go!

This place is quiet and honestly cool to walk through. If you plan on going here, know that majority of things in a few stores are in nothing but spanish. But, its a fun place to go in my opinion, and I plan on going back. Everything is pretty cheap, and the place isnt crowded.

Ill give it 4 stars. It used to be a thriving mall. I know the economy is hurting. Maybe if more people would go support it, it would be up to a 5 star. Thanks for even still being open. Last minute gifts are pretty easy to find and easy parking. Jill Decker

Very local retailers. Community oriented. Conveniently located by the library and community center. A little on the raggedy side because the building and furnishings are old (stained carpet for instance). Tons of parking and very uncrowded.

Un lugar buenisimo para visitar con toda la familia en cualquier momento sin importar las condiciones del tiempo

This mall doesnt know its dead. Pretty much everything still needs a lot of work to not look shady and run down. Prices are really good if you need an event space as long as you dont mind meeting in what is obviously an old clothing store.

It used to be really a good place to shop and spend time but not any more since it been remodeled. Just a few stores with empty racks. They forgot the most important thing in it which is a playground. I dont have any reason to go there.

A very unique food court. It looks like a typical mall food court, only every place serves GOOD food. A seemingly endless supply of little grandmothers making homemade little grandmother food (mostly central American).

I remember going to this mall in the mid 90s used to be a big deal. Antioch in general used to be more upbeat but then economy tanked and real estate moved. Its sort of sad. Like watching a favorite pet slowly die.

Went twice horrible horrible and horrible thinking that having a shopping day here only 2 stores only one open family fun center is a slum little laser tag pizza sucks not worth a dime too spend here.

Simply put - its a failed mall but I like the transformation process it is going through. With the addition of the Ford Ice Center, the library, and Nashville state, its coming back together.

This mall was pretty much abandoned when we went (Thursday at 2pm). Hardly any shops, elevator and escalator not running. Very dark and uninviting. There is a neat Spanish market, though.

We have started abandoning these old malls, its nice to see repurposing rather than the typical tear bown, build condos, gentrify. The handmade tortilla tacos in there are excellent fare.

I really like the variety of stores, but I especially enjoy the diversity of international cuisine that is available. Great destination for name brand mens and womens fashion as well.

I had no idea there was even a mall here. I drove by 2 million times. I was certain it was only a library. I even got out of my vehicle and walked around and saw no sign of a mall.

Sad place. Drab and abandoned inside. If you remember the old Hickory Hollow Mall of the early 2000s, dont go inside this place. Keep your good memories of better times.

This place is so shabby. It was a mall years ago but now just trashy and only a few stores. Mostly Hispanic shops. There are some cheap arcades in there though.
