Horrible customer service. First, I ordered a sectional from them and paid $100 for the water resistant spray. After about a week I decide to test the spray and pour some water on the couch and it just soaked right in. I called and they said that they probably didnt spray it properly and they would send their delivery guy with a bottle to re-spray it the next day. They never sent anyone and when I called back, they said "We wouldnt have said that" and gave me a new number to call. Then, I made the mistake of giving them a second chance. I ordered a dining set from them and was told it would take 4 weeks at most. After four weeks, I get a call to set up the delivery date. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I get a call saying that they actually dont have it in stock. He told me he could order it from the Panama City store and have it delivered by the end of the month. The end of the month came and I hadnt received calls from them so I called to check on the status. No one had any clue what I was talking about and they said they would go to Panama City and have it delivered in another week. I called after a week and they told me the table at Panama City had actually been damaged. Again, I never recieved any phone calls to give me an update on anything that was going on, I always had to make contact first. After this, they told me that the new one would be there by Monday. I finally have the table now, but this whole process was incredibly disorganized. The staff proved to be very unprofessional and I will not make the mistake of giving them my business again.

Before you are parted from your money make sure you have a way of forcing them to do what they have to. We bought our sofa and love seat, dining set and bedroom set. We paid in full but the coffee and end tables were not ready. Thus they PROMISED to drop them off as soon as they get them. 2 weeks passed and they were not answering phone calls. We went there and realized that They have received them but didnt deliver. They PROMISED again to deliver them on the weekend. After they didnt show up and Nick, the person in charge didnt answer our calls, I called the customer service really angry and this time they answered. He told us it will be delivered the next morning. AGAIN THEY DIDNT. I gave them another call and Nick said he will drop them after his work hours. We stayed home the whole day and AGAIN THE SAME STORY. After a few other phone calls and shouting, 23 days after paying we got what we paid for. These people are friendly until you pay. Be careful. The other thing is the Care Kit and Insurance. Its only two stupid bottles of liquid for $99, nothing more. Dont let them force you to pay for that. Do not waste your money here. i have seen much better sofa and love seats in other places. Even Costco has much better ones with the same prices.

I have no idea what happened to my other review. I want the owner to know we tried to buy our love seat and couch there multiple times. It was a dark brown leatherette set, placed in amongst the bright colored cloth stuff and were told ( by the eager friendly workers there ) um dat aint for sale ...and that was not marked as such, there was no hold sign on it, and no one would order us those, they acted like it was not there. It was perfect and priced right. We still have our AFFM mattress, a love seat from yrs ago that held up fine and we dont even mind bringing our truck even though the delivery guys have always been great in the past...but we were forced to pay more at Turners for the same darn stuff because without any explanation, we were repeatedly told those pieces "aint for sale" I guess they were on hold or being bought by the workers?? I dunno. To have the perfect stuff in front of ya and told No 4 times is very grrrrr!! Please tell your salesmen to explain or sell it! I WILL SAY THIS, WHEN WE DID STILL COME THERE THEYD BE NICE AND NOT BE IN OUR FACE PRESSURING US BUT THEYD SAY CAN I HELP YA? I DO STILL WISH WE COULDVE BOUGHT OUR STUFF THERE THO. I HOPE YALL FIXED THAT PROBLEM FOR OTHER PEOPLE.

It is a shame you people are allowed to leave comments and have the score you give this company count against them in the reviews. Obviously you people lead a sad, lonely, and pathetic life, and have nothing better to do with your time. I actually know people who have purchased merchandise from this company and researched the brands and quality. Several brands are also found in stores such as Badcock, Havertys, and Ashleys. So for Judy, Guest G, Nancy, J Mitchell 777, Bob, and Joe you are so pathetic and I hope all your furniture goes to crap. BOB, I REALLY HOPE PEOPLE DONT SAY THINGS ABOUT YOU LIKE WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT BILLY MAYS, BUT CONSIDERING THE PERSON YOU OBVIOUSLY ARE FOR WRITING THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE, THEY PROBABLY WILL!

These reviews are so negative. The nature of the store is that its freight that is delivered continuously. They constantly receive large shipments of the same furniture over and over again. That is how they can make it so cheap. I had a great customer service experience. I made a deposit on a chair and table set but then found a used one on craigslist :-) and they happily credited me for a new purchase. no problem at all. good guys. very responsive. I got some great deals on lamps that would have cost mega money somewhere else. I bought them over a year ago and I use them every day. they are good quality. Who cares about an annoying commercial! Come on, guys!

I had a great experience with AF. I saw a special they had online that was posted on craigslist. I called the store to see if it would be going on that weekend and was informed yes. I went there, told them about the special, picked out the pieces I want, and paid. Total time in and out was 10 minutes. I paid to have it delivered and it was later that day. It would be great if they could give a window of time to expect it. I got a call about 2 hours after leaving that theyd be out to deliver it but they didnt show up for another 2 hours so most of my day was spent on that but overall a great experience. Delivery drivers were nice and professional.

I am currently having the worst experience with a furniture company. I purchased my furniture in the middle of June. It is now the end of July and I am still missing pieces of my bedroom set. I call several times weekly and the only thing they can tell me is to continue to wait. Yes, they have great prices but if they dont have your furniture in-store when you order it dont waste your time. Its like I have given away hundreds of dollards. They are unable to refund me my money so my only option is to wait. Extremely disappointed and will not be buying anything from this company again.
