We purchased furniture from this location a couple of years ago and had a great experience, we went back this past December to make another large purchase. The sales associate was very nice and we left the store satisfied with our purchase. We decided to use the delivery service this time. Apparently the warehouse did not ship one of the items (bed frame) the first week, and the second week they sent an additional mattress instead of the frame. At this point the store manager, David Fletcher, decided to contact us. He was extremely condescending, he actually said to me "They shipped two mattresses but you only paid for one", as if I was trying to steal a mattress when in actuality the store made yet another mistake! I was too shocked to even process such a comment, much less respond. That conversation ended with him promising that he would send a truck the next Friday with our frame. The following week I received the call informing the frame was in Tallahassee and they would deliver the following Tuesday (not the upcoming Friday as promised). My husband called the store but the manager was not available. The next communication was a few days later when David Fletcher called to inform us our frame would arrive the next Tuesday. He obviously did not realize we had already been informed that the frame had already arrived, when my husband informed him that he knew he was lying, he claimed that he ordered a "backup" frame. He then said he would refund us our delivery fee, but as of today there has been no such refund. I have never walked out of a store after purchasing (Not credit, cash) $2500 worth of items and be treated in such a manner. I cannot get over his attitude and the way he spoke to me, and the lies are absolutely unacceptable. We FINALLY received the frame yesterday, but the whole experience has been extremely unpleasant and we feel no satisfaction about our purchase due to how negatively we were treated. We will not shop there again as long as the store manager remains. There are plenty of places that would gladly take our money and not treat us so poorly. I felt as if he thought he was doing us a favor and giving us furniture, rather than us being repeated customers paying cash. He said so many times that he was "sending a truck all the way from GA" that my husband had to remind him that we paid for delivery services! It was an awful experience. I will update if we ever get that refund for delivery, but I have no confidence that the store manager was telling the truth about that either.

I honestly wish I could give them no stars. I bought a bedroom set from them several years ago and that purchase was fine. During that time I never used the headboard I bought as it did not fit my mattress. At the beginning of this year, however, I bought a queen mattress set that finally fit my queen headboard. It was delivered along with a queen frame, but there was a problem with the frame fitting because the headboard should have had rails instead of a frame. Well, the delivery men did not ask and drilled into my headboards wood with rusty, beat up, log screws. I saw what they did and I was upset. Contacted Ashleys and they sent a repairman with a converter set and said they would repair the wood. I watched him for a long time but he was having a ton of trouble getting the screws out. I finally walked out, and apparently he was waiting for that because he got them out and got the frame set up quickly after that. I should have been more suspicious at the time. Months later the screws holding the frame came out and it looks like he had actually damaged my headboard MORE instead of fixing it! The wood is split and peeling away and the looks terrible. At the time I tried to get a credit because of the damage, but every time I called Ashleys, the person I needed to speak with was never in, and they ignored my e-mail as well. I finally gave up thinking "at least they fixed the damage." Of course, months down the road I find out they even managed to avoid doing that. Moral of the story - do not buy from Ashleys unless you want to be treated poorly. My headboard has lost value and they didnt fix it or compensate me for the damage. I will never buy from them again. Oh yes, and I forgot to mention that they also delivered the wrong mattress and I had to wait two or three weeks with a rock hard mattress for them to get me the correct mattress.

I didnt know what to do with my living room and dining room. I wondered around the Ashley store several weeks in a row refusing help from the sales associates. On my third visit Janice Avard was able to get me to open up and admit that I couldnt decide what would fit best in my living room. Janice told me that Ashley provided a FREE service and they would come to my home and pull some stuff together for me that might work. Janice and her colleague, Jan Murdock, came out on a Friday and by the following Tuesday I was back in the Ashley store viewing their amazing vision for my home. They selected 3 rooms of furniture for me (Dinning, Living and sitting room (formerly an unused eat in kitchen) and furnished them from top to bottom, literally. From light fixtures to rugs and everything in between. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE TO BUY ANYTHING OR LIKE WHAT THEY SELECTED! We walked the store and I was surprised at the colors and patterns they chose. They blended so well from room to room and it was definitely a refreshing change from my traditional "go to" stuff. Janice and Jan were there on delivery day and were telling the guys where to put everything. Jan even hung the pictures on my walls herself! This process has now happened 2 times as Janice and Jan have brought over several lamps and different pictures and accessories to try out. Again, no pressure to buy just providing options for us. Janice and Jan have been AMAZING!!! I did not know that Ashley provided this type of service and I certainly had no idea that all of this talent was available at my fingertips. I trust Janice and Jan to do any room in my home and I will be using them again very soon!!! I will never shop anywhere else!!!!

To say that my experience was wonderful is an understatement! It was nothing short of phenomenal! First, there was absolutely no annoying sales pressure and following me around the stores. Each consultant encouraged my husband and I to look around the store and discuss options without them. When we needed a consultant, we were the luckiest to get Austin Geater! This young man was knowledgeable, personable and most importantly REAL as REAL can be. He helped us get the best and at the best prices, which were crazy good, btw! I purchased a floor sample at the BEST price, a corresponding sofa, two accent chairs an ottoman and two industrial farmhouse lamps to begin my home design journey. Speaking of design, Jan Murdock, the design consultant kept it 100 with the design ideas and educating me on styles, layouts and how to approach working with an interior designer. She even comes to your home (although mine is too far, I highly recommend this service as she knows her stuff!). Austin went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with my dining set when there was a slight glitch (my fault) and he came in on his day off to make it all come together. The furniture is beautiful and if the product(s) is/are anything like the Austins customer service, Im coming out a WINNER WINNER CHiCKEN DINNER! Thank you Austin!
