Absolutely the WORST Rooms to go I have ever been to. I went to this store 4 times looking for furniture for a guest bedroom and an adjacent living room to rent in the near future as a furnished apartment. Ive purchased furniture from rooms to go in Destin, FL and they were OUTSTANDING, bending over backwards to accommodate me and help me find what I needed. I went in only needed a living room set but because they were so great I purchased a total of 11 pieces from them. I came to this store feeling that I would get the same service, boy was I wrong... every time I asked a question the answer I got was "we cant do that", "sorry, no, we cant sell that", "I dont know, let me go ask...", "I dont know, I dont know, no... No... NO"! WTF? A customer who has $1000.00 in cash to spend on 2 pieces of furniture she needed and all you can say is "NO" or "went dont know"??? You rather let $1000.00 walk out the door than make the sale? What the heck kind of store is this? I went to all the stores in town and found the look I liked at your store the best and came back to make sure measurements were going to work and colors were too. It was obvious that I wanted to do business with you and you chose to let me walk out of the store with money you could have made AND sold furniture that I know you needed to get off the floor. Train your employees so that customers dont have to constantly hear "I dont know". Its their job to know the company policy, product information and anything else that is customer and product related. I will never go back to this store. Its so worth the 2.5 hour drive to go back to Destin or even Panama City and spend my money there where I know it will be greatly welcomed and appreciate! Thanks for nothing rooms to go Tallahassee.

I selected and ordered pieces that I felt were to my liking and they were not placed on my final order sheet. The salesman was misleading and did not do his best to rectify the situation. I was highly upset but still chose to conduct business with this company because of their reputation. I am glad that I have some of the items that I originally selected but still up in arms about the overall experience. I would recommend that any future customers be very careful about making purchases here and to be clear about what they want to buy. Thanks for your service Rooms to Go, I hope you all get better at making sure your customer is happy!

Beth Wood was very helpful and got us great deals. A very nice friendly sales associate. I only have a negative comment on the delivery warehouse I ordered a China cabinet on line and was given an automated text message on the day of delivery for hours of 1 -5 but at 530 called and they told me the delivery was running late and another time frame of 5-9 pm they should have called or texted me the information when they knew that.

I went to Rooms To Go not looking for anything in particular and left the store with a new living room, dining room, and bedroom set. The salesmen i work with was Lacy McMullen and he was fantastic to say the least, better than any salesperson at any store i went to including Ashleys, Havertys, and Badcock. PLEASE ASK FOR HIM AT THE DOOR IF YOU WANT THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE.

I was very happy with my purchase. Like the best outlets, you can get good quality for a marked-down price. They had some very good deals. The catch is that delivery is pricey. They also have an independent contractor (very nice guy and pretty reasonable.). But, if you want to save every last penny, bring your own transportation.
