Dont bother with the Deli or Meat Market, unless you have TONS of time to spend waiting. Deli is ALWAYS understaffed. Not sure about the Meat Market, no one ever comes up to help me. Do they have staff?! Watch EVERYTHING you buy from the cooler because several times I have come home with spoiled dairy products and ALL products will go bad before the expiration date. My biggest complaint about this store, (besides customer service), is they are ALWAYS out of products on sale in the circular. I get the ad emailed to me every Wednesday and stupidly stop by so I can pick up stuff the day the sale starts....And they will be out of product on the 1st day. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING! Dont advertise it if you arent going to have it! To say something positive the Pharmacy rocks. If your in Carrollton you will do much better going to Frankford and Midway, customer service sucks but at least they have product in stock.

DONT RISK YOUR FAMILYS HEALTH! I bought tilapia fillets here a couple weeks ago. They made my whole family sick! I thought it was a fluke. When I went to buy more yesterday, I mentioned it to the guy at the counter. He insisted on not charging me. Today, when I went to make it, it too was obviously no good! I called & spoke to a manager whos reaction was ,"nobody else has complained" "I dont know how much has been sold" "I dont know what you want me yo do" and the worst one, "you got that one for free." It may have been free but it was still bad, I still had to do something else for dinner which cost me money, & I still paid for the first batch that was bad! I shouldve sent him my familys medical bills the first time! I will never go back yo this Kroger & nobody else should either! Go to the Kroger in Flower Mound on Cross Timbers & Long Prairie instead! They have the freshest fish & they guarantee it.

If it werent for the fuel points, I would never step foot in this store again. Every single time I go in, they are out of at least one thing Im after. Seriously, I cant remember the last time I was in there and found Kroger half &half in a pint bottle. Its always gone. I went in one Thursday evening at around 5pm, to pick up steaks for dinner. They had NO steaks. I asked the guy at the meat counter, who seemed very put out that I was asking for help, and he went in the back for a few minutes, then came back out and told me they had no steaks. REALLY?!?!? What self-respecting grocery store has NO STEAKS?!?!?!? I stopped at the customer service desk and mentioned this to the manager, and she said, "Oh my....that doesnt sound right!" But she made no move to contact anyone or make it right, so I left. Now I drive the extra 15 minutes to the Kroger Marketplace on 121.

I like coming to this store, walmart neighborhood market is right across the street and I have shopped there as well. I actually save more money shopping at kroger, plus, Im able to gain fuel points and that really helps when had prices are too high. Kroger has everything I need and I dont have any trouble finding what I need. Now, with that said, the hamburger meat that is packaged, is supposed to be a pound. I can tell you know that it is not even close to a pound and if they would weigh it prior to wrapping it up, theyd know that the customer is getting screwed. We cant eat the styrofoam tray or the plastic wrap. Tonight I had to buy 2 packages of hamburger meat. I could have bought the 3lb but that was too much. Other than that, I like Kroger and the pricing is fair.

THE WORST PHARMACY STAFF!!! I have transferred 3 prescriptions and all were denied the $25 transfer credit that is heavily advertised. The Male pharmacist was rude and to exacerbate the situation countered loudly with a child screaming he would not provide credit even had me transfer another prescription which was not filled by promised time only to state that it to did not qualify. I have since transferred all of my prescriptions back to Walgreens The Colony(excellent by the way) They missed out on a good customer as I have about 13 active scripts in rotations. Worst treatment ever.They will try and find a way to get out of giving you the transfer credit to your own inconvenience. What a Joke! Go to a more reputable trusted pharmacy.

I continuously receive excellent customer service from every employee at Castle Hills Kroger. The employees are helpful, friendly, and very well trained. Also, there are always plenty of employees around the store, so Im never left searching for someone for help. They always have great sales, they have a large selection of natural and organic foods, and you cant beat the gas points! I havent purchased full-price gas in months! Compared to the alternative in the area (Walmart), Kroger is hands down the best grocery store in The Colony. I will continue to shop here.

Prices are a bit higher compared to the Kroger I normally go to over by castle hills, but decent enough place for strictly groceries. Although just found out they will be ending the senior citizen discount which my mother is not too happy about. Every cent helps and was one of the reasons she and I have been loyal customers for many years now, is they usually have decent discounts and prices. If it wasnt for the fuel point system they have, with that notice we would probably start looking for somewhere else to shop.

I will be a customer for life! After waiting for my prescription to be filled for 4 hours at the Walmart across the street and being told that the prescription for my two medicines would cost around $54, I gave up and went to Kroger pharmacy. The staff was extremely nice and even dealt with my insurance to get my prescription coverage from the insurance company. The total bill came out to be $5.39 and it took less than 20 minutes. I will never go anywhere else again. If I can give them more stars, I would.

I just seen on my receipt yesterday August 26, 2017 that they are doing away with the 10% senior discount and Im very unhappy I dont care if they lowered their prices because they should have never raised their prices up to begin with. Im on disability and I really need that extra 10% and them to lower the prices I might switch over to Walmart because Ive been finding better prices there anyway sorry that they dont give a discount Ill have to find another grocery store I guess.

This store has gone downhill recently. Dont even bother going here on a Sunday afternoon--the store is decimated, especially the produce section. For example, we wanted to get fresh ginger, whole crimini mushrooms, and asparagus for a recipe, and none of them were in stock. We now drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the one on 121 and Josey, which is always better stocked. Hopefully they will pull it together soon, but until then I will continue to travel for my weekly trips.

The manager at this store is Outstanding! It shows in the people working there. Store is clean and clean. Shelves are full with not just Kroger brands yet a large variety of brands. The Bakery Department is very good. The muffins are excellent. The meat is excellent! The meat department keeps the entire area clean. Meat is FRESH! Very good seafood choices too. Have Sushi. Honest I dont eat it yet they make it on the spot and in front you. B the h
