Horrible experience. When we first went they seemed to be very helpful. However, I soon learned why. I was promised a white phone but since they had none in stock they offered to give me a black one until a white one came in at which point they would call me and I could switch the black for the white. I never got a call and every time I went in I was told that there were no white phones available. Its been two months and now they are telling me I cannot have a white phone. So beware, buyer. If it seems like they are doing anything they can to make a sale... its because they are. And after that... youre on your own.

Worst service ever avoid at all cost most I knowledgeable staff. Went to return a lease phone that the line was terminated by me a day before. Reps there told me I own the device and the can buy it back for less than what my lease agreement stated. Rep went and printed off the lease which I am very familiar with. I asked her to show me in the lease agreement that I would sell the device back to sprint. The lease agreement did say for device being returned 120 would be credited. More training required. This rep even called her supervisor who also need additional training.

Horrible. Only 2 employees working and they both sit and chat trying to sale a device, mean while I stand there with a charger in my hand for 15 minutes just needing to check out so I can get to work. Not so much as a hello or goodbye, not to mention I didnt get the charger, because no one would help me check out. If youre that understaffed your money walks out the door. When its time to upgrade Ill take my family to a better location.

Went in to ask a question about an iPhone we bought, and got talked to like we were 3 years old, right from the beginning. We were in the store for less than 2 minutes total before we just turned around and walked out. I cant believe they pretend theyre in the customer service business. The 1-star rating is generous.

I had troubles with the online and the call in customer service so I decided to go into the store and give them a piece of my mind but they were extremely helpful and understanding got me out of there with a new phone and no problems within the hour

Sprint retailer told me go online or call CS, CS told me go to this store or online... this store said go online and figure it out your self... so I went to AT&T .... horrible customer service
