Awful, frustrating,stressful experience every time I visited. After visiting them more than 5 times what I learnt is "Employees of this at&t stores can not be trusted".1st incident: when an associate was not able to resolve my problem she called her another associate and tried to introduce her as store manager which she is not.2nd incident: when I asked them to transfer my account to my spouse name they tried to stop me by talking about some transfer fee whereas I called customer service from store they said there is no fee associated with the transfer.3rd incident: they make you believe that at&t store is completely different than at&t customer service. At&t customer service is some kinda third parties.They will tell you like If you have any problems call customer service if there is a new sale visit store. In every aspect of their conversation its clearly visible that they are very very greedy for sales numbers. Very painful experience with at&t. They made me run around with a baby. They were never bothered about service. Disappointed and frustrated customer.

The last time I was here, it took 4 hours to upgrade my phone. This time, I pre-purchased online, so I could just walk in and then walk out. Well, I was wrong. Ive been here for an hour trying to pick up the phone that I had already purchased. Im about to walk out of this place. More training is needed at this location. Will be contacting corporate as well. Whats worse - two managers have gotten involved and not ONE of them has apologized for wasting my time nor offered any sort of compensation for their incompetence. EDIT: Drove to the Alpha Rd location by the Galleria and guess what? They had me in and out within 15 minutes. Further proof that the staff at the MacArthur location suffer from poor training and lack the fundamental knowledge needed to do their jobs correctly - Management, too.

Horrible. Went in and sat down with a guy about subscribing to internet service. Everything went well and we were done in no time. I should have suspected something was amiss when I was not given any confirmation letter of an appointment. I left and come Feb 1st, I was sitting at home waiting for someone to show up to install the internet. We agreed that it should be in the morning. So I waited whole morning, and guess what, no show. There was no phone calls from them, nothing. I furiously picked up the phone and called customer service, and to my chagrin, there was no order for an installation appointment in the system! I would have thought that talking to a physical person in the store would make a difference, guess not. Thanks for wasting my time you guys. Im going to spectrum now.

This is one place where you enter with a phone in hand and no one even asks you to take a seat. Yes this happened as is. I had a problem with my phone and took it there. I was stopped at entrance and looked at my phone and did what they could and sent me off. But earlier when I went there twice once to buy my wife a phone and once to enquire about iphone I was asked to take a seat and treatment was different. Even when they talk they show that they dont really care about existing customers. Even though they offered me iphone at discount rate one month before my validity date, I prefer not to go with this store. I prefer buying it online. Only if apple would have not tied up with at&t I wud have left at&t for what had happened with me at this store.

Karen was amazing! Ive been with tmobile for 13 years never had a complaint. I was iffy when I came to att and I wasnt even sure if I wanted services with att. I left to think of it some more and a month later I drove 45 mins to come see Karen again. And again she was amazing helped me understand everything and when we ran into technical difficulties she went above even multitasking to help me and still tend to other customers who were waiting to see her. Josh had to give her some assistance but only because my iCloud was actin dumb. He was great! Even tho I was here for 5 hrs Countin the time I had to leave my phone so it could back up for 2 hrs. They made sure I was a happy customer! Thank you guys! For welcoming me to AT&T!!!

They dont even have basic knowledge of Apple watch3...They told me apple watch will work irrespective of what carrier you have on iphone... They just want to sell their plans and make their store numbers look good.. I had to make three visit to the store today.. when i went third time to cancel the apple watch 3 line.. they told me they couldnt do it at store and i needed to call some number.. i called and was put on hold for 25 minutes ..then i couldnt control my anger.. and start talking to them in loud tone.. and guess what then they were able to cancel my plan in couple of seconds.. Seriously shame on you guys.!...

Very very bad customer service from a representative. Me and my friend visited the store and the rep right from first second was lethargic and left us in middle to attend another customer and made us to wait for 10 mins for no reason. After coming back he continued to be lethargic. My friend has 12 lines on his account and I have 8 lines. So basically u got made 20 line account owners unhappy . Good job. On top of this, he just said " I dont know " for everything. Then what does he know to be employed in the store ?? May be manager didnt train properly I guess.

Insulted by an employee Trent an African American lady did not know if there were one or two managers then employee said that I was scattered brain and I was insulting him went I was trying to get information he did not have no suggestive selling no customer service no people skills and then he tells me Im insulting him and hes trying to play some kind of head game which I dont think is very Godly so I just walked out and going to call the corporate office to see if I can get some serious professional business help I will never ever return to that store

This is NOT an authorized repair center, if thats what you just searched for. They told me they couldnt look at my phone to figure out why it just suddenly died, but they COULD charge me $386 to pay off my old phone and get me into a new one right now. I asked what my insurance was for, and they said "Its a third party insurance so we will help you make a claim, but it will be AT LEAST tomorrow before you can get a replacement". Ok, so what about getting my data off the old phone that died? Very flippant service people, and no empathy whatsoever.

Because of my small experience which wasnt as good as Id wanted it to be and because of all the one stars here, I am staying with VZW even if their CS is going lower than usual but I think this store has the lowest CS, maybe I can think again about at&t if i change my neighborhood, the more stores like this, the more customers running from at&t. I see no one reply here, so it seems this a market at&t doesnt care much about or dont want to pay someone to monitor customer experience from Google reviews.
