I went to this sprint store location the other day to see what specials they had going on. The store manager greeted me very quickly and was very friendly. This is not something I have seen at other sprint stores. He was very knowledgeable on the sales that were going on. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, everything had a place and all the displays that I looked at were working, again not a very common thing to find. He showed me some speakers and told me about them as well. I am very impressed with this manager and location. The best I have seen so far. Thank you sprint for this breath of fresh air, so to speak.

They would not sell me a device at full retail price unless I signed up for a line. I asked the employee, would you like to sell me the device or just walk out of here? He said I could buy the device online. Whats the point of the store? I guess thats why I was the only customer in the store. Sprint lost my business. Please listen to customers try to make them happy.
