As I goggled the Sprint store closes to me prior customer reviews popped up. The reviews was not in favor of quality customer service. I wanted to venture out to another location because I wanted the best customer service as a consumer however I could not ignore the convenience of the location. Immediately I noticed a clean professionally staff store that welcomed me to the store. It may sound silly but I enjoy how they have chairs available so you can relax and be comfortable as you make choices in regards to your cell phone. As a previous metro pcs customer you walk in and pay your bill then you walk out. Cell phones are pricey investments and it felt good to be sitting and having the sprint staff discuss the billing questions and bringing me different accessories. They showed me I am a valued customer and they appreciate my business. The store manager, floor lead, and hospitality hostess worked together as a team to help me find the comfort level in purchasing a IPhone which I truly needed. The best part of my shopping experience is when I left the store and came back several hours later. I needed basic help navigating my new IPhone the Sprint team gladly gave me a quick tutorial. The Sprint staff showed me as consumer I am more than a sale.

Went to warranty my otter box since it was boght at this location and they say they wont do it. The corporate store told me yesterday it has to be done at the location it was purchased. This was after they charged me $30 per month for a new line at this location a week ago. The corporate location canceled that line yesterday and added the new line free for two years with a free phone. Dont ever use this location. The franchise locations lie a lot to get more business. Make sure you ask if they are a franchise or corporate store. Only go to the corporate stores. This place lied to me more than 3 times in 8 months. Will never go back to those jerks.

unprofessional, they are veryyyyyy unprofessional, especially the African American Guy Who Opens The Door !!!!!! they will yell your business across the store. they make judgement on the kind of phone you chose especially if its an old phone you are purchasing!! never will return to them again!!!! I always have problems when I go there with them !!! highland village store is wayyyyyy more professional and classy!!!!

Ive been a Sprint customer for 8 years and Ive never been to a store quite like this. As soon as I walked through the door I could feel the positive energy! Reps were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed excited to help. I prefer this store over the one off 3040! That place is a zoo

Love the new staff. Will definitely make this my home store. Store smells nice, clean, organized, and an awesome inviting atmosphere. If you havent been back, I highly recommend you give them another visit. You will love it!!
