My girlfriend and I came in with a limited budget in search of a mattress set and bed. Albert Dutch over, our salesman, was warm, inviting and professional. This wasnt like your normal sales experience though. He took time to get to know us a little and found our unique groove as he worked with us. Nothing about our experience caused the awkward glance between a couple making a big purchase. Fantastic job there! Then there was the delivery. We were told the standard 4 hour window. Our items were to be delivered between 6 and 10. I received a call asking if I was ready at 530. Being too far away to make that time was no issue for the driver though. They made another delivery and called back exactly as discussed. That never happens. The whole experience was the best Ive ever had when dealing with a furniture purchase. The delivery crew was clean and respectful, our salesman was fantastic, and our bed... Amazing. The Mackopedic Latex mattress is incredible and was priced right. Thank you all at Gallery Furniture. You have another lifelong customer!

I never take the time to leave reviews of companies, but Gallery Furniture is truly exceptional. I came in on a Sunday morning looking for furniture and was in and out in no time. I was greeted by a customer service associate, Danny, and he offered me cold water and helped direct me to what I was looking for. He also gave me time to look around without hovering or using any high-pressure sales tactics. GF doesnt work on commission which totally changes the tone of the experience. I found exactly what I was looking for and even got a percentage of what I spent as a "give back" in store credit as part of a promotion they were running. Of course, my furniture was delivered that day - quick and easy! The furniture is beautiful, solid wood, made in America and will last and last. You really couldnt ask for more. Highly, highly recommend. Exceptional quality furniture and customer service that cannot be beat. Thank you Gallery Furniture!!

Gallery Furniture has been truly "customer first" with us. Its shocking how friendly each staff member has been. They made me feel like a valued customer, answering questions, making recommendations and figuring out pricing, all while somehow making me believe that I was getting a great deal on good quality furniture (which, I AM!). They have a wide range of styles and tastes, and even the least expensive furniture is well made and high quality. They deliver the same day. The manager personally helped us 15 months ago to purchase my couch, and today, to purchase a bedroom set and entertainment console. Theyve made a loyal customer out of me, and have many different things for my eclectic style. I wish every customer based company treated people this way! 5 stars indeed.

Gallery Furniture deserves more than 5 stars. I walked into the Galleria location and was immediately greeted. The gentleman walked me over to some sectionals that I spotted online and gave me some "Me" time so I can comfortably sit and enjoy every couch. I mentioned to him that I saw a similar couch online at a competitors store and without even asking, he immediately asked the manager if they could match it. That right there is going above and beyond for your customers. Just because the competitors say, "Never pay retail again," doesnt mean anything when it comes to customer service! These guys were professional, curteous, and helpful. Something that the competitor is lacking. Thanks Gallery for being awesome!!

We have purchased several times before with Gallery and have had a good experience every time. We have had excellent service and delivery as well. This time, we came with a specific need to purchase additional living room furniture to match the items bought 3+ years earlier. Our sales person John, whom helped us purchase new mattresses earlier this year, went over and beyond to help us. You see, the fabric on our current furniture pieces had been discontinued and so he got on the phone to talk with Mattress Mac and they were able to find the material so that everything will look alike and we can have exactly what we wanted! Thank you Mattress Mac and John for going the extra mile!!!! See you next time!

Absolutely gorgeous, well made furniture. Expensive, but good pricing for quality furniture lines available. The downside I found were that 1) mattress pricing was high. Every store claims their mattresses are Exclusive. Mattress 1 was about $400 cheaper than GF for the same mattress but for convenience went with GF. 2) $150 delivery fee. I found that ludicrous on a $3500 bed and mattress. Never was mentioned by salesman. It was on the bill and when I made a comment they explained it. Also put off by $250 insurance on bed. If no claim in 2 years you get a refund..Huh? If the furniture is so good and GF so easy to deal with why do I need a warranty. We will wait to see how seemless delivery will be.

Kenny did a good job of explained my the product, product options and promotion, however he did not advise us that when we registered our mattresses we were eligible for a set of bedding at 30% off plus a second set at no cost - not knowing this we purchased a set in the store at full price. We returned the bedding package to the store for a full refund. Installation crew were knowledgeable and profrssional. Advised not to sleep on bed for 24 hours which was again a surprise to us as Kenny did not advise us this would be the case. Did not select the Astros option, but I wouldnt mind being entered in this promotion as compensation for these inconveniences. Thank you for asking for my input.

I have been a customer for years. Curious at first, but purchased a beautiful sofa from a collection he was promoting using all wood from N. Carolina back about 15 years ago. The sofa received rave reviews for years. Also "Mack" carried my lamp to my car and I loved he fact that he wasnt too proud to work for my business and other customers who came in. Recently I purchased my Jonathan Louis sofa/chair and a sectional from there. My salesman, Darryl on I-45, keeps us coming back. Juan on Post Oak is also very knowledgeable about the brands and will work until he gets the answers to your questions. I love the hospitality and no pressure. My husband and I go by often just to say hi.

Sorry to read the bad reviews, but we love the place. The employees do not work on commission, so it is not a pushy uncomfortable environment. And I know this, because a friend works there. Also, for all those people that say they were comparing prices...Just bring the ads! Matress Mack will price match and beat! Duh!! They have a wonderful, monitored, enclosed play-place for kids, which really helps. They have a great selection and lots of deals. Everyone was very very nice and it was actually a fun and pleasant experience for us. I bought a bedroom set last week, and this week I returned for a couch. And as soon as I can I am going back for an entertainment center!!

We traveled from Bryan to Gallery to buy dining room furniture. Ours was 40 yrs. old and we had saved for years. When it was delivered and set up, we realized that it would not work for us. The owner told us there was NO return policy, only re-select and pay a 10% restocking fee and another $150.00 delivery fee. When the 2nd table was delivered, it had a crack in it. When the 3rd one was delivered, the boys told us that the second one was "only thrown together". Never, Never buy from Gallery! The owner was nice when we purchased it, but was rude thereafter. The delivery boys said it was because he lost a very large bet on a football game!
