Worst place ever! Idiots, just plain idiots! Told me my things were on back order and we had to wait a whole month to pick them up. My husband goes to warehouse the day they are supposed to be ready and they cant find his order and he has to leave empty-handed. I call them when he gets home and they say, "Oh, its because we changed systems." Apparently, half of our order was on the old system and the other was on the new system. So, how is this our problem? We wasted time and gas because yall dont have your sh** together! "Oh, mam I would offer you free delivery, but youre better off picking it up yourself because our delivery drivers have a high turnover. They have been telling people they will be there between 2 and 5, but show up at 7." Again, how in hell is this my problem? I go ahead and agree to try to pick up my things on another day only to call the ware house and find out the bed rails are missing, yet you told me my order was ready a week ago. I call Ashley again, "Oh, mam well they probably gave them to someone else who came before you." Really? Youve got to be sh*ttn me, now! Then Im told, "Well, you have 15% off your order from our sale, we have 18% off going now so we can do one or two things. We can offer you 18% or free delivery." Now why in HELL would I opt for free delivery when you already told me in so many words that it SUCKS!!! This place is ridiculous! Go anywhere but here!!!!

I purchased a couch, 3 tables, and a mirror on Mothers Day. One month later and 4 delivery schedules later, the mirror is "in the warehouse" but unable to make it to my home for delivery. After talking with customer service many times, loads of apologies, and empty promises that the mirror will be sent next time. The mirror is still not in my possession. Ive asked them each time, that if the mirror was unable to be delivered to call me before the day of it there were going to be further issues with delivery. Today is the days it is supposed to be delivered. I got a call this morning asking if I had received a call from the store regarding the mirror not showing up again today. The store obviously doesnt care that I have not received the mirror because I have yet to hear from them, only the corporate office to share some bullshit excuse as to why the mirror is not on the way to my house. If the mirror has been sent to a distribution center to be sent out to my house 2 missed deliveries ago, why do I not have the mirror? Im glad that I have rescheduled everything (4 times) to be home for something Ive paid for over a month ago and gets cancelled the day of. Once of which I had to call them to make sure it was still coming and then the moron in customer service says "oh, no one called you about it?". No, no one has bothered calling me about it.

I bought a twin bunkbed set in June and was promised delivery few days later. It came but was not assembled b/c was missing parts. A week & a half later when finally they brought the part, it was assembled but it did not look like it did when I first saw it and was not satisfied with it so I requested a refund but they convinced me to exchange. So I did and have been waiting for little over a month for this set of bunks to be delivered and assembled. Each time they come, a piece is missing so it can not be assembled. Tonight they came and like always could not assemble due to missing screws! They were only able to assemble the bottom bed. Now I have to get on the phone again(waiting to talk to customer service takes about 30mins) and see when the screws can be delivered. These associates are very rude & have no customer service skills whatsoever! I will never buy from ASHLEY HOMESTORE FURNITURE in Humble, TX again and will be passing along to Facebook friends and they can pass to theirs and so on. Together we shall bring awareness! I have tried speaking to corporate about this and they tell me they can not do anything b/c this store is privately owned? I will report to the BBB and whoever else I can. You take my hard earned money in a heartbeat but have my kids sleeping on the floor b/c of your incompetence! Mary Castaneda, a very unsatisfied costumer!

Ashley is a one stop shop with high quality furniture at terrific prices. No need to go anywhere else. We were able to find everything we needed with the help of our knowledgeable and friendly sales associate, Pan Oviedo, who introduced himself at the door, answered all our questions to learn our needs, and guided us directly to different options for things we needed. Pan is the type of employee that should be cloned. He wasnt pushy at all and let us walk the store without following us around, but was available when we were ready to ask questions. He went above and beyond in making sure our experience went well. When we finished our selections, he got everything correct on the invoice, and introduced us to Darcie Best, who closed out the transaction and was friendly the entire time. At the end, the Ashley manager, Thomas Asomani, appeared and shook our hands, asked about our experience with legitimate concern for our satisfaction, and thanked us for considering their furniture. We were treated like royalty and had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back when the time comes for a future purchase. Please keep up the good work. Excellent merchandise and your Sales and Customer Service resets the bar for how Furniture stores should operate. Well done!

My husband and I went in there last Saturday and bought 2 new couches. The experience in the store was fine nothing really above and beyond but the reason the store is only getting 2 stars is for my experience after leaving the store. We set up a furniture delivery for Thursday 5 days later I called the store on because I was still not given a delivery window to find out that there was a hold on my account for a mistake they made and I was not contacted about. They did not get a clear copy of my ID and needed one. So since they did not do their job right in store I had to scan and send them a new copy of my ID. My husband and I must had talked to the manager at least 5 times throughout the day. He said he was going to call with information at a certain time but did not we had to call again. Finally we were told that the furniture would not be delivered for another 7 days because of their mistake. Thankfully we called customer service and ended up talking to some higher up people so we are still getting our furniture late but only 2 days instead of 7. Over all disappointed in the service afterwards and just the feeling of getting the run around from the manager who seemed to be pretending to actually help or at least not very concerned about their mistake.
