Was a pleasure doing business here. They will work with you to get you the furniture you want when you want it. Here is my overall review: Selection - They have a wonderful selection at good prices. I came here skeptical that I would find something appealing... I found that my budget wasnt large enough to purchase the many things I found to be appealing! Their showroom is a little small and cluttered which makes moving around a little difficult. Service - This store is in what seems to be a rough neighborhood, but Ive never felt threatened when I was in the area. The staff is friendly and honest. They will tell you if a model they have has been giving other customers issues. They arent rude or pushy but still attentive to your needs. One of the saleswomen is pretty hot too. Delivery - Although they didnt call me as expected, they did arrive well within the 4 hour time window they said they were going to arrive. They also scheduled my delivery time late in the evening so I was able to run errands in the morning/afternoon. Their delivery & setup fee is not as steep as other furniture stores. The best part is that you can buy several items (bedroom + living room set) and the delivery fee is the same no matter how many items you buy. To conclude, I would purchase from them again as Ive had a wonderful experience. The furniture looks great, the delivery guys were fast and efficient, and the sales gals were friendly and helpful.

Unique home furniture is my favorite place to shop and buy most of my furniture because of the great customer service they provide and how they are willing to go above and beyond to fulfill all of my needs not only that but they always seem to have what I need or help me find something close to what I want. I always leave this place satisfied most definitely recommend it and the owner is such a sweetheart!, the sale associates are also very kind and patient but most importantly helpful ! Love it here, always come back .

Place has excellent customer service and they really spend time trying to help the customer find the furniture they are looking for even if they dont have it on the floor. The sales person really knows their products, I basically showed them a picture of something I wanted and they knew exactly where to find it in the catalog. Thanks guys for saving me a lot of money!!
