The sales experience wasnt bad. The delivery was a freaking nightmare!!! I was supposed to have my items delivered on 3/17 but the forecast was showing that it was supposed to rain that Wednesday and Thursday. So I called on Monday to explain to them my concerns about receiving my furniture during the potential rain. They suggested that I not reschedule just yet because I will get charged fee. So I waited until I was called on Wednesday to schedule my delivery time on the 17th. They called my cell phone ONE TIME- NO VOICEMAIL, called my boyfriend and left him a voicemail saying that they wanted to schedule the delivery between 11am and 2pm and to call back and confirm. I called back within 5 mins to confirm the time. The girl that answered was a complete imbecile she had no idea what I was talking about I explained to her that I wanted to confirm the time for delivery she said whatever time they left on the voicemail they will be there. I took time OFF WORK to be home for the delivery it was 1:30 and no one had called, I finally decided to call EF to find out what was going on... They transferred me THREE DIFFERENT TIMES until someone could help me. The woman indicated to me that I was scheduled for 6-9pm. I was livid!!! I explained to her why I was upset she said she would see what she could do and call me back. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Twenty mins later I called and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, informed them of what had happened and he informed me that the delivers overbooked. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!!!? HOW IS THAT MY FAULT!!!!!??? Not to mention they are running very behind so they wouldnt be able to show up until 8:30/9:00pm. I was done, they reschedule me for Saturday, stated I would get a phone call on Friday to schedule a time. Once again they called my boyfriend on his phone NO VOICEMAIL. I called them and asked why they keep calling the wrong number? She had no answer and wanted to confirm a delivery time of 2:30-3:30pm Saturday I said fine. Here it is 3:25pm no phone call and no furniture. I dont care what kind of discount they give for the furniture but it is not worth the troubles I have had to deal with these last few days! They literally have idiots working there. I will never deal with EF ever again and you bet your sweet butt Im not recommending them to anyone! If I could give negative 5 stars I would! As expected for the second time they have me scheduled for a different time then the time I had confirmed. Idiots!

This store, the staff is either racists , unskilled or both… This is the worst place you can ever go especially if you are expecting them to deliver. The customer care services is horrible, the management is not professional at all. The delivery service is worst I have ever seen in world! I will be honesty and share my experience. I bought beds for my kids. I paid cash including delivery. A day before my delivery date, I received a phone call about delivery. I told them I needed to be rescheduled for another day. She said she can’t do anything to it. I need to call the store where I bought the furniture. Now I called this store Exclusive Furniture @ 19300 Hwy 59 N, Humble, that I needed to cancel my delivery date and asked he to reschedule me for a different date. First of all the lady I spoke to was not helping at all. She initially said that I needed to call them 48 hours to cancel my delivery so she was not going to do anything! Additionally, she told me that I needed to call the delivery department that they were the ones to reschedule me… I told her I just spoke with them.. They told me to talk to you.. She said the furniture was going to be delivered anyway.. There was no way to be re-scheduled! I told her that I was moving to a new apartment that not going to be ready till the day I had just told her. The situation was out of my hands! Finally she kind worked things around and rescheduled me to another day which was Saturday. On this day, I waited for the delivery and nobody showed up. At around 3 pm I called again. I spoke to someone again… this guy said that the delivery was scheduled between 5 and 6 pm. I said ok. … Now at 6 nobody showed up! The following day I called them. They said I was not in system and they could not locate my file! Finally they said they will reschedule me on a different date. I requested to speak to the manager. The manager Baltimore or a name sounds the same … was not helping either. He would never let me speak he wanted to speak …! He just said you were scheduled … you changed the date … you never called us… you are rescheduled now … My experience at Excusive furniture was as worse as it can ever be.. I regretted that I spent my money there… I would never buy or advise anyone to buy anything from Exclusive Furniture. . . Like I said, this mighty have happened due to either racism or simply lack of skilled staff or both.

Our in-store experience was great and the sales man did a great job. We purchased a sectional were excited to receive it on Tuesday between 4-8pm. On Monday my husband and I both received phone calls to confirm our delivery address and a delivery date and time of 2/2 between 4-8pm. All correct. Come Tuesday, we had moved all of our furniture out of the living room to make space for the new couch. I had to get off work early to make sure I was home in time to receive the delivery. I gave them until 7:50pm when I decided they were not going to show up with our couch. I called the store and the woman who answered said our delivery date was Friday 2/5 and I should have received a call from the Store Manager, Eric, about this delivery change. She said the notes in the computer stated he "attempted" one phone call to me and left a voicemail letting me know of the change in the delivery date. I had no missed calls or voicemails. And why would you call both my husband and I the day before to confirm and then "attempt" 1 phone call when you are making a delivery date change?! She then put me on hold for so long that my call rang back to the desk and a gentleman answered. He was just as appalled as me that only 1 "attempt" was made to let me know of the changes and he told me I would hear from Eric the next day, since he was already gone for the night. The next day I called in the afternoon since I hadnt heard from anyone... Eric was off work that day. The lack of customer service is incredible. Will NOT be going back. The whole thing has been very frustrating and inconvenient. I am still waiting for that call from the Manager.

Upon visiting this new location, my wife and I were able to find some nice furniture for a decent price. The sales rep., Jarvis, was very friendly and helpful. Then the nightmare started... Several days later the shipment came with two wrong mattresses and a scratched up headboard. Despite their best efforts to get me to sign for a messed up delivery order, I sent everything back. The next day they returned with the corrected shipment, I dont know if the mattresses or headboard were fixed because they unloaded the sofa first. It appeared to be a previous return or a floor model they tried to pass off as "new" but it had plastic taped around it and the foot pegs were attached. (it had been previously assembled somewhere at some point). Once it was brought into my home, there was noticeable damage and what appeared to be food stains on one of the pillows. I called the manager who gave me a sarky attitude. He insisted that they were better than their competition, and I need to let them work with me. I guess Im the bad guy for being upset with two garbage shipments being sent to my home. To top things off, the delivery men put some nice holes in my door frame on the way out and bashed my solid wood door on the way out. Jarvis was great, I hope he finds work with a company that cares more about delivering quality products to their customers than unloading garbage out of a warehouse and crossing their fingers and hoping that it will get accepted.
