I will never buy any appliances from Brandsmart USA in the future, it has the worse customer service and repair services I have ever experienced. In fact, this company does not even deserves to get one star, should be given zero. I been trying to schedule repair service for my dishwasher for more than a month unsuccessfully. During that time, Brandsmart rescheduled repair service more than 3 times. On the fourth occasion, the technician came to the house, said that he didnt had the parts or equip available to fix the dishwasher. He also missed to follow up, order the parts and rescheduled services. Since this incident occurred I tried to contact Brandsmart several times to follow up on my request for service, and in the absence of information I asked to speak to a manager but was denied by several reps. The representatives even refused to provide the name/ID#. I was promised from different representatives follow up calls and emails in regards to this matter, but no one contacted me. I will strongly recommend that you dont purchase any items from this company. They dont care about providing customers with excellence, product quality and customer satisfaction. Im am very disappointed!

I purchased a brand new Dryer and a brand new washer for my business. In less than three months they broke down. Since this washer and dryer were bought for my business I rely on them to help run a portion of it, knowing this however I purchased a warranty from Brandsmart during checkout in case they were to ever break down. When I called thinking I would be good for a quick and easy repair I was told that it would be WELL OVER A WEEK before someone could come out for a repair. Even if I had bought these for my household and not my business imagine not being able to do you laundry for over a week? Well Brandsmart thanks for putting my business on hold, way to stand by your products, and way to sell me a warranty that you cant even stand by in a timely manner. I wont be buying from you again, nor will I be looking into any warranties from you. Way to sell me a "brand new" product that broke down in three months, and way to fail me on the warranty I spent that abhorrently large addition cost on.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I was sold a wireless bose speaker because I was told by a salesman that it was wireless and I liked the quality of the sound. I went home to charge it (and threw away the box because it worked) and when I unplugged it the next day found out it was not actually wireless! I went back to Brandsmart and they refused to return the item without the 20% fee because I was missing the box. The manager, Ana, was very rude and wouldnt even directly talk to me when she was called over to returns until I spoke out to her. Now Im stuck paying for their employees lack of knowledge! Sales personnel should be trained better and the company should care more about their reputation. I would rather spend $20 more at Best buy and get better customer service! Never shopping here again and neither should you.

Hola supuestamente me tenía que llegar un delivery hoy y ayer solo me llamaron pero no me dejaron ningun mensaje de voz y nunca me pude enterar a que hora pasaban a dejarme el pedido, hoy me dejaron un mensaje de voz que llamara en cuanto pudiera pero estaba trabajando, mal trabajo, tenían que dejarme saber la hora, no era llamar y ya, era dejarme un mensaje de voz para hacerme saber el horario

You can buy electronics and not only... check out upstairs... the prices are quite good, BestBuy is better for many stuff. Dont go there if you dont know the prices... you cant try the headphones (for that go to BestBuy). I bought a headphone and I wasnt satisfied, the next day I went there and I got my money back... no questions, but not cash, theyll send your money to your Bank if you paid by card. The staff is usually friendly and willing to help you, but sometimes you could get in strange situations. For my budget a headphone Dr Dre Beats EP was OK, so I asked to get that and the response was... its not a good headphone. I bought that headphone in BestBuy after trying with different songs and the sound was vety good, but thank you, I saved 10 dollars.

They had a promotion in December where a manager would win a trip or something based on the amount of positive reviews (notice everyone posted their invoice #s for tracking). They were super helpful. But try buying a TV now. I bought one during that promotion and got a heck-of-a-deal, I was on cloud 9. I went back to get a TV for my mother in law now in January. Ive gone 3 times in hopes that maybe the people I have dealt with have been off their game. But no dice, it almost feels like they dont even want to sell you a TV. I even spoke with the manager that "hooked it up" in December and he blew me off. If anyone at Brandsmart HQ reads these things, I recommend more incentive programs for your staff, seems its the only way to get them to do their jobs.

Pienso que no hay control porque hicimos una compra de 122 dólares hace 45 dias y parte de ella fue una cocina Oster la cual djo de funcionar y fuimos a la tienda donde la compramos en la 88 y68 aven. N Kendall y no pudimos obtener solución pk no aparemos ni dando el teléfono ni nombre ni con el correo electrónico, ahora vamos a poner la casa al revez para tratar de encontrar el recibo.

If I can give 0 star I will. IT HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE. Bought a fridge and asked for delivery. They did not let me pick my delivery time, and just told me it would be delivered from 10-1pm on Tuesday and I have to be there when the fridge arrive. So I waited until Tuesday and received a phone call around 11:40 telling me they are running two hours late. Its 3:22pm and I still HAVENT got my fridge. Called the customer service for twice and they had HORRIBLE attitude. Both of the ladies just hanged up on me, and one of the lady even said "dont cream at me" while I am only being a little loud to express my anger after waiting for the fridge for 5 hours. I will NEVER buy at this place agin and will NEVER RECOMMEND it to anybody!

I had purchased a tv at the Kendall Brandsmart on 8/26/15 for delivery on 9/5/15. Due to miscommunication with the delivery, they were scheduled to deliver at a time where I would not be home. Needless to say, I was very unhappy because I had intentionally waited a week and a half for the delivery of the tv. I spoke to the TV Manager at that Brandsmart, Qureshi (Quio) and he promised to call me back with a solution. To my great surprise, Quio did call me back as he promised and was able to resolve the matter in a timely and professional manner. I want to give my greatest thanks for Quio, who knows what customer service really is. Thank you Thank you and Thank you once more. I hope that your supervisors appreciate you.

Brandsmart, All are the same. They have aceptable prices, but its a place where you can go and see the product prior to buy. The problem with ALL brandsMart is that the seller will try so hard to sell you something, despite if that is what are you looking for or not. First time I step in a BrandsMart I was looking for the i7 13" macbook retina, which apple doesnt have in stock, only only order. So I just checked at BrandMart and the seller said "yes yes is this one... " Like Im a fool... It wasnt of course. Every time that I go to a BrandsMart I saw how sellers trick people to buy expensive models for features that they dont need just for the commission.
