I have been working for my dad Brian here at B&H Appliance for many years and I do admit that we sometimes run late on appointments due to high volume and set backs with other service calls. Each call is different and sometimes requires more of our time to complete the job. We work in the service industry with just two techs covering St. Lucie and Martin Counties and sometimes there is just not enough time in the day to please everyone. As for the Dee Ortega review below, she was charged a service call for only $30 and at the time of service all operations on her dryer tested good with my service meters. She stated the dryer took too long to dry. Well 9 out of 10 times when a dryer heats but takes too long to dry, the cause is a clogged vent up threw the roof. The $30 I charged her was for the service call out to her house and checking all the components on the dryer, thats it. So to expect anything more is just outrageous and her comments on here are nothing more then defamation of character. I also want to add that the Erik Miller review on here is a fake google profile created by our local competitor. In closing I would like to thank the many thousands of customers we have sold to and serviced since 1989 here in St. Lucie county, and for the most part are happy repeat customers. We are working hard to make all appointments on time and to communicate any delays in service due to running behind on other service calls. I dont recomend this liars to anyone, they showed up over my house to fix the heater on my dryer, they never did but they told me to clean the dryer ven and i did, they charged me 30 bucks for the service call saying that if the problem was still there, theyll come back at no charge and fix it, they never did but instead they asked me to bring mysel the dryer to their shop and that wasnt part of the agrement, later they said theyll be back to fix my dryer and they never showed up , finally i was so upset about the rip off i was victim from this company and i end up loosing my dryer and throwing it away, as a result i have no dryer and i had been hanging my clothes out side in my back yard....the old fashion way for almost about a year...finally i went back to their shop and one of them said to me, im sorry for the inconveniece and ill get you a used dryer at no cost to you plus free delivery, they call me we are on the way but again they never showed up...i had ended loosing my dryer, the 30 dollars service charge and hanging up the clothes on my back yard because i cant afford to buy a new one, do you wanna go thru the same bad experience i had ? i dont think so....stay away from this company

called and bought a washer over the phone, before I could even get the card out they were selling me about how the washer will sell fast and someone was coming to get one, the others are 30 years old, etc...purchased for delivery the next day and called back within 30 minutes to cancel, we are property managers and the owner of the home wanted to purchase new units instead. when I called to cancel the guy on the phone says "we already did it" I said did what? he said we already got the washer on the trailer and I explained that we were sorry, our hands were tied, etc. the guy said this is bullshit and that he will write my name down so next time I pay cash upfront. next day opened bank statements and they still charged us. dont worry bud, wont be a next time.

I called for service on my refrigerator on Monday morning at 9:15 am and left a message. Within 5 minutes, Jason returned my call and scheduled service the same day. Four hours later, Dustin, the service technician was at my door, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes, had the part I needed on his truck and a hour later, my refrigerator was fixed. If you are looking for great service at a great price, look no further. B&H is everything they advertise themselves to be. The next time I need service on any appliance, I now know who to call. They are truly AWESOME!!!

Great guys. we bought a gently used washer and dryer from them. they charged half of what everyone else does to deliver. a few weeks later the washer wasnt working right. fortunately everything they sell has a 90 day parts and labor warranty so we called them up and they were out here the next day and replaced the bad motor with a brand new one. no fuss at all. they were happy to help! Id recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on an appliance.

Worst place if i could give less than 1 star I would. I spoke with someone about a stove I have for sale. I was asked for all my information which i gave them. 4 differwnt days i called and they told me the same thing they would be there in a couple hours. I stayed home so i could make sure i was there when they vot there and no one showed. The last time i called them the gentleman that answered was very rude and even hung up on me

Good deals on decent used appliances and theyre nice people to deal with but dont expect anyone from there to actually show up when scheduled to repair the appliance when it breaks down 8 months later, like mine. Scheduled a day to come out.. no call no show, Scheduled another day...another no call no show. Good washer and dryer for good price, but I have to call someone else to fix it.

Contacted their company to pick up a washer and dryer and Ryan the son gave me a time between 1 and 3. No one ever showed up and when I called the dad did not know what was going on. No one even called to state that they are not coming. BAD BUSINESS! When you give a time frame you should keep it or call the customer to advise of the change in plans.

The company cost me $6,000 in water damage! They sold me a used washer that leaked water and flooded my laundry room, bedroom, and garage while we were away on vacation - right after we had the units delivered. Just be warned - theyre cheap but youre rolling the dice with them.

We had a five star experience with their repair service. They were knowledgeable in repairing our washer and dishwasher at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone I know in a heartbeat. Use them you wont be disappointed at all.
