I just purchased a 2015 Mustang from McCarthy Ford a couple of weeks ago. I was quickly greeted after contacting the dealership via email, and let the Salesman (Rodney) know what I was looking for. After we went through their stock, it was obvious that I should just order the car with the options I wanted. Rodney was great about it, and within a few minutes my order was placed. Once the car was delivered, my trade in was quickly accepted and I was through finance in 10 minutes. I cant say enough how friendly and comforting the employees in this dealership are. I never felt like I was being pushed into a purchase like I have when buying previous cars (you know, that pit in your stomach that forms after 2 hours of a salesman "talking to the manager"). I was always responded to via email within a few hours, and any questions I had we answered very thoroughly and promptly. If youre looking to pick up a ford, stop by McCarthy, theyll make sure you get the one you want at a competitive price.

I have bought several vehicles from McCarthy Ford and highly recommended them to friends who also are EXTREMELY happy with their experience. The Service Department is by far one of the best that I have dealt with. They are very helpful and when asked will explain things so that you have an understanding of what is wrong with your vehicle and what will be done and the cost associated with the repair(s). My recent experience was due to the gas tank of my 2007 Ford Edge leaking (there was a recall that I was unaware of for this issue). Tom in the Service Department arranged to have my car towed to the dealership and arranged for a rental car for me to use while my Edge was being serviced. To me, this was not something that should have been done by the dealership, but Tom assisted me with this. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!

I have now purchased my 2nd vehicle from Mccarthy ford, but the difference this time is that I was doing it on my own without any assistance from my parents. I emailed the dealership on a few of their vehicles and received a response within an hour. I went in and spoke with Bryan told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range. He showed me a few cars and was honest with me and helped me get the pricing to what I could afford. Ive now driven a 2007 Ford Focus ses from them and now just left there last week with a 2014 Ford Focus SE. Great dealership, great salesman and customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

The staff here treat their loyal customers like dirt. I got a good deal with the first car I bought here but the second car was a lemon and they refused to acknowledge it. They dodge questions about problems with my car. They dont respect my time. Theres two or three staff members that are decent people, the rest of them treat you like an idiot if you dare ask questions. Joe Wolf missed an appointment with me and never acknowledged it. The general manager tried to get more money out of me when they sold me a lemon. One of the staff who answers the phones was extremely rude when I was having problems with my car. Poor customer service 90% of the time.

Dont go previous bad reviews get taken down. Went in for an oil change , and I watched the mechanic take my car around the block cutting in front of traffic and stalling my car. Just to put the car on the lift I had parked it in front of. When I asked to speak to the manager he said although my car was already parked in front of the lift they put it on. They must go around the shop on to the street because they have a no reversing cars policy. On top of the fact the guy driving clearly doesnt know how to drive manual, stalling a customers $40,000 car multiple times is not a good way to conduct business. Very disappointed.

I just bought my second vehicle from them, and while I never dreamed I would say buying a car was a pleasant experience, McCarthy Ford made it just that. Including the test drive, we were at the dealership a TOTAL of two hours! Bill was a great salesperson, and as with my last experience at McCarthy, there were no "high pressure" tactics used. He got us exactly what we wanted, and didnt try to up-sell us on a bunch of garbage we werent interested in. What a concept: give the customers what they want. Keep it up, guys. Ill definitely be back when we need another Ford!

I purchased my first car from this dealership. Since then I have never had a problem with them. Their service is above excellent and they always have a smile. I have since purchased a 2012 truck from them and I am happy. I always go back there to have my truck serviced and I have never had a problem. The salesmen are very nice and try to do everything they can to get you in the vehicle that you want. I love McCarthy Ford and I would recommend everyone to go there. Excellent Service!

McCarthy Ford in Alsip IL Is by far the best Dealership in the Chicago land area. Ray John and Mark were the BEST . not just telling you what you want to hear over the phone just to get you in only to disappoint you, THESE GUYS made it happen. Always get good service and consideration. Just hate that Ford is not able to see where I am coming from with my bankruptcy and not be able to get a straight up person a chance with credit.
