I bought a used van from I-80 when I needed it under unfortunate and immediate circumstances. Took it to 2 mechanics during test drive, the first of whom said that he had evaluated a number of unreliable vehicles being sold by I-80— absolutely should’ve heeded that warning. It was bleeding steering fluid from the gearbox, the muffler had a fist-sized tear, and there was just a length of muffler pipe where the cats should’ve been. The second shop I took it to was not so fatalistic, giving me some confidence that, aside from a seized brake caliper and a leaking tire, it was in good running shape. I purchase it at a decent price reflective of these known issues, took it home, and less than 100 miles later, the transmission is slipping like a fish. It ended up being totally trashed and I had to get it transplanted less than a week after purchasing the vehicle. On top of this, Sam tried to tell me that the van was exempt from emissions testing (?!) when I asked about its punctured muffler and missing catalytic converters. He also claimed the A/C was working and thoroughly tested, despite the fact that the lines were all but completely rusted out underneath without a drop of freon. The icing on the cake was when they received my plates and lost them in their office and forgot to mail them for several weeks until I asked repeatedly where they were. These are not trustworthy people and they sell junkyard-bound vehicles. If you want classic sleazy used-car swindlers, look no further. Corroborated by a mechanic familiar with their vehicles. I completely regret patronizing them whatsoever and not being more discerning of the myriad red flags in front of my face. Avoid at all costs!

Bought a Cadillac from dealer sun roof stop working a few weeks after I purchase car. Then 2 days after purchase car there was a hole in the oil pan which they made me pay for it lbecause they stated that I bought the car as is....even as is when there are mechanical issues with a car they should reveal that info to you and let you make the decision if you want to still purchase car. Also did I mention they charged me $350.00 for fixing a oil pan on the car....they overcharged me and they know it....2 months later the transmission start slipping.I had to trade that car in at another dealer who happen to know them and gave them a bad review. I am now happy with my error free vehicle. I will never purchase from these people ever again.....I periodically stop by to rub new different cars that i purchased from other dealers.....its so pathetic cause you may scam people for a few bucks but you have lost returning customers. When dealers are fair with people word of mouth is contagious and business is better and bad mouth is detrimental for business, people are smater today before they ventire to a car dealer, they go on the internet to review comments on these dealers....well, i know better today, thanks I80 for gIven me a lesson in buying junk cars 101 lesson...Beware people, the good reviews that you see are from staff and friends

*****IF YOU HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME******** Please avoid this car dealer at all costs. I was lied to about then repairing my truck and replacing a faulty tire. Day after purchase same tire blew out while I was driving and left me stranded. I am a single mother with a now 12 year old son. The following week I had to pay for something else they claimed to have fixed and/or said I had no issues with. They dont response to phone calls. The sad part ive spent in repairs close to what I paid for the truck. And yet they say I still owe them money and sent a repo service to get my truck for $800.00. Ive been fighting this battle for almost 2 years now. Next stop, small claims court, better business bureau and state attorneys office.

Very disappointed in my recent purchase. I was told the car I purchased was in "mint condition and NO Mechanical issues". After driving it home and not using it more then 100 miles I got a check engine light with numerous mechanical problems. Also, Mice droppings and chewed wires that there 5 mechanics overlooked. GM even told me that there is No way this problem was new and mice living under car for awhile which there awesome mechanics overlooked as well!! Walter does not want to take responsibility for this because his so called " mechanics" did a service check before sold and overlooked a crack in exhaust manifold and a fried catalytic converter along with other things. Dont be fooled by the decent prices and phony reviews, there decent for a reason!

I bought an Infiniti from I80 auto sales and it had cam shaft sensor problems which caused the engine to shut off while driving. I assume the codes were cleared before I test drove it to make it seem as the car was in perfect condition. I replaced the sensors for only 175 dollars doing the labor myself. I emailed I80 auto sales asking for 75 dollar compensation being it happened the same day I bought the car but they have been ignoring multiple emails as well as phone calls.

I hate this dealer I brought a x5 from here only to have it towed 3 times to them to have it fixed only to find out they lied about fixing the starter and battery! Had it towed to the dealer only to find out it needs a new engine! Dont buy anything from I 80! Im reporting them to the better business bureau as and filing a case with the attorney General against them! I brought this truck the end of 2016 and 3 months later it needs a engine!

I bought a car for my son whos going into college. Well after speaking to the staff and test driving a few cars we bought a 2004 BMW X3. We had the car now for 6 months and have had no problems. Shopped around for Hummers for about two weeks seen the one I wanted online. Went in talked to Sam let me take it out for an hour. It was a 2005 H2 Hummer. It was certified with a 3 mo warranty at no charge the price was 2000 less than any other one out there. The service was amazing. Thanks i80 for all that you did for me. 5 stars. *****

The X5 body was and still in very good condition, it runs very good and I havent had any mechanical issues.
