Had an appointment at 7 am show up at 6:55 am, went to the door it was locked stood there a couple mins, cleaning guy comes up to the door and I told him what I was there for, he politely told me no one was here yet. I told him what was the point of making appointments if they where not going to be here on time. (Not to mention I live 35 mins away) He told me I could come in and sit by the grooming place, so I did. Another customer came with his two dogs. Not shortly after one employee finally showed up (10 mins late) had her work pants on had a tank top on rolled up so her stomach was hanging out, with work shirt in another. Walked in the grooming place never once said "hello" "sorry I am late." I walk in to get checked in and so did the other customer. Two more employees show up now 7:15ish they dont say anything to us except something to each other. They finally noticed we where standing there and got is checked in. They guy told me a couple hours, so I did a couple things I needed to get done came back, didnt see my dogs getting groomed yet, (seen the other dogs there) I walked in and said how much longer and she said another 45 mins. This point Im livid!! I have to say this was a very unprofessional situation. I will never bring my dogs back nor will I suggest this place to any of my friends or family. I will speak to the manager and hopefully he or she can and will get this situation in check!

I have been going here for years. New Manager is always short staffed and the groomers are complaining about their back or job how hard it is. Last weekend my poodle was their fom 7AM until 3PM. Today started out badly went to drop of my yorkie.Yes I was a little late 30 minutes. Have to wait in salon for 10 minutes before any one came to take my dog. Due to my being late they would have to work him in and it would be a long day their for him just like last week when they text me my dog was ready so I go there and she is not done.( Please note no one working in Salon on any dog my being late should not caused me to go to the back of the line. I call for appointments way in advance) I choose to walk out with my dog and never go thru that grooming door again! There is also the appointment before my poodles last they shaved all her hair off even her lovely floppy ears. I have allways left tips for good service nice ones. Not the last three visits.

Okay,..well all I can say is my wife and I have been paying for nearly a year for a "wellness" plan for our cat. Had her groomed last year. They did a very nice job and we were satisfied. I was, however a bit disappointed today when I called for another grooming for our cat and was told they didnt groom cats anymore! Only dogs. Kinda messed up I think. Theyll sell you a cat,...but they wont groom them anymore? After paying for this plan monthly for nearly a year and being told this I was a bit stunned. The lady told me that theyd be happy to do our cats annual checkup though,...lol. Needless to say our pet will not be going back to Petsmart. Going to cancel our "wellness" plan today. Found a better Vet out in Rowlett. and FYI,...to this day theyre still advertising that that do cat grooming on the internet. Might wanna fix that Petsmart! Much thanks to the groomer that took care of our cat last year,..But Petsmart,...BOO to you!

Wednesday I called the PetSmart in Rockwall and scheduled an appointment for my dog to be groomed. I spoke with someone in the grooming salon. She scheduled my dog for Friday evening at 5:00 pm. Later that day I received 2 text messages confirming appointment. Friday evening I walk into the salon and the workers looked at me and one finally said "may I help you do you have appointment "? I said yes my dog is scheduled for 5:00. One worker looked in the book and told me that my dog was not scheduled. I showed her the text message. Then she said the appointment was for Saturday. I again showed text. No one apologized, owned the mistake. Just we cant do him today. I asked to speak to manager who was clueless also. Plus he gave me the wrong number to customer service ! Needless to say I will never take my dog there again . The customer service was non-existence. Again I will never go again and will tell all my friends also.

I have no problem with the store or groomers and will still go there, but do not take your pet to the vet at this store! My normal vet office was closed so I brought my dog here when he licked some spots raw on his skin. The vet told me it was fleas despite the fact I told her there was no evidence of fleas on my dog, home, or yard. I spent weeks and a lot of money on various flea treatments with no improvement. When I finally gave up on the flea diagnosis, I went to my normal vet and learned it wasnt fleas and that the skin infection had turned to staph. The misdiagnosis by the vet at PetSmart has cost me a lot of money, but more importantly caused my dog to be in pain a lot longer than necessary.

I love this store. its one of my favorite places to go with my dogs, but the trainer there should not work with animals. She is very rude and aggressive towards the dogs. she yells at them and pulls on there leash so hard she yanks there necks and scares them to death. i once saw this dog and he was terrified. I would NEVER take my dog there to be trained. it may seem cheap and the lady may seem nice but do not let her train your dog. only go there if you want your dog to be mistreated and scared of everything.

This location feels crowded for some reason- not by people, but by things. I dont normally feel so closed in while at PetSmart, but there you have it. Staff is difficult to pin down, but helpful when you can snag one of them. Store was stocked with what I was looking for (general shenanigans for a new pup in the family), but overall it was a grab what you need and mosey feeling. I wasnt inclined to browse or ponder over my options.

The worse customer service ever! Will never shop there again and will take all my business to Petco. With two dogs and a cat we are at the pet store weekly. Went this evening and needed to buy one item, knew what I was getting no shopping around. Went up to the door and a kid was standing there saying nope cant come in. Mean while customers were still in the store and exiting the store. Just lost a 10 year customer Petsmart.

My husband and I went into this store to purchase several items, among them snails for our aquarium. After about 20 minutes of being in the fish area we could not get any service. We saw more than one store employee, however no one would make eye contact, slow their pace long enough to say "hi", or acknowledge us in any way. However in the end I dont suppose it matters much, since all of their snails appeared to be dead!
