We called on wednesday and set up a Saturday appointment, the lady on the phone asked the dogs name and gave us a 10:30 appt. Upon arrival we were told that we didnt have an appt. when we said we did the lady told us they were booked solid and could not get us in at all [attitude and tone of voice was rude to say the least] when we said we would take our business elsewhere her reply was "bye" Had been going there for 7 years and to be treated like that because of an oversight in scheduling on their part is inexscusable! Bye Bye!

The groomers are so friendly and did such a wonderful job on my puppy. She is a Maltipoo, therefore her hair is curly and gets matted easily. When I rescued her, her hair was really very matted. I wanted to keep her hair poofy, but I assumed they would just have to cut it very short considering the thick amount of tangles. I got her back, and she was the perfect length! I dont know how they did it, but she looks beautiful! Very nice staff and great prices. Will visit again!

Charged me 100$ more than was agreed for an 11$ puppy shot and after two days of them not answering phones because they were closed sun-mon they made me wait another 5 days for my money that their mistake caused me to lose. Poor service. The owner could not even call me back himself he had to make some Juan kid do it. Definitely lost a customer. I understand mistakes but when 4 guys are at the counter all watching the screen there is an issue. Someone should be fired
