this store is nasty!!!! besides the fact NO one offers two help much less say hello... but the smell in that store was so gross. I have been in animal shelters that were cleaner. And god the bathroom ill bet it hasnt been clean in weeks I almost through up. the manager and staff should be ashamed of their selves for being so lazy to let the place be in that kind of condition. I hate to see what their houses look like. I will be going to Pet Smart in Rockwall for now on....I would rate a O if I could.

They were actually knowledgeable of aquatic facts. Answered all of my questions. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was because they seemed to try and hurry through my answers, like I was wasting their tine
