Manager "Tiffany" was absolutely zero help and has no business being a customer facing employee anywhere. She was completely rude and did not make any attempt to assist with the issue. She also snapped at another employee "David" in front of me as he attempted to make right of the situation. I think her title of "pet store manager" went to her head as she was on a powertrip. Or perhaps her silly piercings on her face were hurting her today. I guess I should thank her though as I purchased my supplies on Amazon in the parking lot for a fraction of the price they were charging. Im sure shell be leeching off the government soon anyhow once this location closes down like many of the others.

Would give no stars if possible, just bought a guinea pig for my 8 yr old daughter and 2 days later he is having diarrhea, i call the store and ask about the 14 day satisfaction guarantee and no one can communicate clear enough as to what it means. Clearly on the back of the sales slip it says they will treat the sick animal. well now they are telling me that is no longer valid according to their rules. And the 2 ppl i spoke to were so rude and disrespectful they should not be working in customer service. I will definitely take further action due to the way they communicated over the phone with no respect whatsoever!

I brought my two dogs here on Friday 10/21. I had made an appointment online for 5:00 PM two weeks prior and received a confirmation e-mail. I took my two dogs in and we got to the back around 4:55 and the lights were shut off and the door to the grooming place was closed. I was told all the groomers went home for the day as they had finished their appts. I received a voicemail the following morning stating they forgot to call me to reschedule & they offered me 20% off. I will be searching for a new groomer.

Bought a half moon Beta here and a week and half later he died from white fungus growing on him. I come in and and ask about what it was and theyre well aware that its been growing on their fish. I look at other betas there and the fungus is quite noticeable. Theyre a pet store and should be treating said fish. Im furious that they knew all along and continued to sell sick betas. Would not reccomend store in general.

My little 9 year young Havanese best friend, enjoyed the best grooming experience ever today! He is always a nervous wreck arriving & departing his groomers, but today I witnessed no shaking AND he received the very best style he has ever been given ... he actually came out looking like a Havanese puppy ... ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! I believe her name was Tamla and she is GREAT!!!

Weve taken our cocker spaniel there for training and have had very positive experiences! Our trainer Jesse is always upbeat and patient and makes learning fun for our dog. Our whole family loves her! Weve always found the staff at this location to be pleasant and helpful and the store clean and inviting. This is our absolute favorite pet store ever!

I was there not too long ago and my experience was great! There were two girl managers, Kristina and Tiffany, they were very knowledgable about their products and services and animals.They are a great asset to the store. All of the employees are always great, but these two really stuck out for me.

The manager of this particular store is very mean, rude and doesnt know how to respect customers. Most of the assistants there are also very unprofessional, trying to sell you unnecessary stuff and wrong setups for your pets! Go elsewhere not Pet-smart, especially not this one!

The one Manger there that helped us would not match our online price, had to go across town to have them honor it no problem. However Pat the manager did apologize and give us a gift card, however she wasted our time, led and said they cant do it, where it is their policy.

I recently bought a small animal, guinea pig from petsmart. 4 days later he died in our arms. We took well care of him and I am sure that they sold us a sick animal. I am really disappointed and my young sister, the owner cried her eyes out she treat him like family.

Friendly, well organized, variety of pets covered, food, dog grooming, pet toys, pet leashes, brushes, vitamins...got a pet? Petsmart has it covered. Best of all they encourage you to bring in your fur kid. My two love to select their own toys and chewies.

Wonderful place, very clean. Associates are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Only drawback is sometimes they are out of stock on certain items. Restock days for crickets are Tuesday /Thursday.

Typical PetSmart store, other than the fact they have the best customer service of any Ive been to. Jake the dog gets excited when he is at the door he knows hes going to get a treat

If you have a schnauzer you have to go to Kelly at this Petsmart. She is great. We have been taking our dog to her for the last two years. He always looks amazing every time.

Great place to get pet supplies and the staff is so nice, they also have a adoption center for cats in the store
