I give them 5 stars! Honestly, I wasnt sure how the whole visit was going to end up - #1 Im kind of one of those "okay, heres puppys shampoo and conditioner - heres the style I like his feet cut - dont trim this hair - trim this hair, etc, etc" - on the plus side I try to be really nice about it ... #2 hes not a *real* common breed - he normally has a long coat and we were taking short blah blah blah. They were so nice, *very* understanding of all my little _ahem_ foibles and just rolled with it :-) ... Puppy turned out beautifully! It was his first time at the groomers - he was a little nervous to go in, but they handled it well and he was so happy when I picked him up (and no I dont mean "Oh thank goodness youre here!") - they took great care of him and with him) - I will definitely be taking him back!

Dont bring your puppy to get groomed. You would think with the one on one grooming they advertise they could handle a 6 lb puppy. I was called 15 minutes after i dropped my dog off and they said they would only do a bath. I picked her up and she was wet. They didnt even finish blow drying her. Her face was soaked. The groomer was already taking a dog back 45 minutes before my dogs appt was supposed to be over! The groomer never spoke to me. A young girl who takes appts gave me my soaking wet dog. Then, after all that, they charged me $35.00 for a wet dog. Seriously, i expected more.

We were told we could NOT come back. They trimmed our 2 male cats, each had a couple different appointments. They are fully declawed and very sweet. They even told me each time I picked them up how well they did. They dont bite, hiss, or claw. The last time we were there they cut one of their feet. We were OK with that and wanted to come back. We made an appointment and the week of the appointment I was called and told they were cancelling my appointment. They want us to go find another place to groom them. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE.

we had been using a groomer there named Samantha who was awesome. She left there so we tried some guy (forgot his name) 30 something years old maybe. He was AWFUL. He butchered my goldendoode, when I got home she had nicks everywhere and he shaved her without asking me first and claimed she was matted. But she wasnt as my wife (who is a top hair stylist in dallas) had just brushed her out to the skin head to toe. wont be back

Love this place!! First of all, its freaking adorable! I have had my dog groomed here at least three times and every visit has been wonderful! Carrie the owner is amazing and so genuinely nice! Brandon is fantastic and consistent! My baby looks adorable every time! And she smells great!

They carry the good for your dog dog food brands that you cant find easily. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all products, including food for my dogs allergies. And grooming was done quickly, which is nice because my dog gets stressed out very easily. Thank you!

My Goldendoodle and Cavachon both get groomed here. Brandon did an amazing job on Cooper (Goldendoodle) today. Hes so fluffy! This place is a little pricey, but worth it to support a local business as opposed to big corporate pet stores.
