Went to this location and walked and waited around for about 30 mintues. No one would bother to help us, talk with us, or acknowledge my husband or me in any way. The store was clean and the animals there seemed healthy and content, except for the abundance of dead snails (which happens to be what we were shopping for) and the terrible level of customer service. Refusing to stay in this store any longer, we abandoned our shopping basket and decided to go to Pets Mart instead. Unfortunately we had an almost identical experience. My advice - dont waste your time going to pet stores in Rockwall.

When I asked questions about rebates and coupons, the employee got an attitude with me and walked away. I simply asked if they could repeat themselves (sometimes I dont hear what all is said) and they said -and I quote- "I just told you! *scoffs and walks away* There are others who are not as ready to help out either, and when they do they come off anxious as though they want to rush you out the door. Theyre also a bit short staffed too everytime I enter the store.

Nice but very inexperience employees. Mostly kids who have little to no knowledge of fish. While trying to bag a couple of fishes, they aggressively drag the fish against the substrate, trying to net them. Some came out with ripped jaws due to carelessness and inexperience. Ask to net them yourself or go somewhere else.

They were the only store that had the cage I needed for my guineapigs (that was discontinued). And they said that they were going to hold one for me The day ended really well(:

Really love this PETCO branch. This is where we bring our Maltese and the groomer lady Lisa (or Liza) is one of the best! Great prices on dog food and other pet stuff.

Great products and prices. The user who gave a 1-star rating and commented about shots is totally confused with PetsMart in Rockwall. Petco doesnt have vet service!
