The staff seem to try hard to make shopping here a pleasant experience. So, no complaints about the staff. What is frustrating is that regularly stocked items are frequently out of stock. For instance, large size bags of Nutro Senior Dog food will be out of stock. If I say something, usually staff will offer me two smaller bags of the same brand at the same price as the desired large bag. Thats IF they have THAT in stock. This happens much more frequently than I would anticipate. My point here is that there seem to be some problems with on-hand inventory. When I run over there, its typically when its convenient. When I have to run back over there the days later, its become inconvenient. Other than that this is a nice store. One more thing: the grooming department. My dog got her foot caught in one of their metal cages and it got cut. The on-site vet there looked it over and fixed it up. Everyone was appropriately apologetic. But, given this was out first experience with their grooming department, I wont be talking our Girl back. That said, its always a busy place so my experience there is likely a one-off.

ICE COLD WATER BATH FOR YOUR PET! BEWARE! This location does not have the best interest of your pet. No hot water at this location for weeks and they continue to operate giving dogs freezing cold showers but they do not tell the customers in advance, I found out from an employee there a week later. The water is ice cold for your dog since the hot water heater has been broken for weeks but customers are not informed when the pet is brought in and the dogs are left in shock/shivering. If only your dog could talk.... This facility should not be bathing pets in ice cold water or at least inform there customers before proceeding but wasnt even informed when bringing in older frail dog. This was brought up to management only to be told that there is a ticket to fix it but has been this way for weeks. Director of Petsmart thought this was OK so may be prevalent throughout PetSmarts in Texas. Makes me wonder what else they do not tell the customers about what is going to happen to their pet.

Store staff were very friendly and treated me and my miniature dachshund with a accommodating and kind manner. I definitely recommend the Wylie PetSmart for your companions needs...I have been using PetSmart for my dogs needs for over 15 years and rate this store VERY HIGH when comparing to other stores...most of which were also terrific!

grooming is terrible. the lady who did it didnt get any of his matted fur off. they got lots of water in his ear and both of his ears got infected. and they cut his eye. so now his eye is infected. so that made our vet bill go up!! definitely dont like how they groomed him... but the department is pretty good.

I dont own a pet that requires grooming or active care from this establishment. This location maintains stocked shelves so I dont have to go somrwhere else to purchase products for my pet (s). Friendly staff and quick check out!

Worst staff ever. If they have trouble grooming your dog, they call you at the end of the day to pick him up. Grooming not done. My fault.......what should I expect from a bunch of "kids" in charge of grooming.

We go there for our dogs vet; Banfield. We have been going there since my 15 year old dog was a pup. Love that my vet is always close by regardless of where we are at.
