This Is An example of why I dont usually shop at petco we were trying to get fish the other day and we wait for at least 15 mins for some one to help us after we ask about 3 times to get someone . I Could Not Get As Many Fish As I Wanted To Get I Only Got 3 Fish Cause The Person Said I COuld Not Get Any More And There Was A Dead Fish In Ther That The Other Fish Were Eatting ( So Gross U COuld Tell It Was Old ) But Right After i Lefted PetCo I Went RIght To Petsmart Which They Said I COuld Have As Many FIsh i Like And I Didnt Have A Limited Which i Enjoyed Very Much And One Of The Best Parts Are No Dead Fishs And The We Like 3 People By The Fishs To Help U So I Got Helped Right Away And Spent Way Way Less On FIsh That Were Better So Choose ANy Thing Else Then This Petco Very Very disappoint!!!

Worst service ever...... asked for help, while associate was walking over someone else asked her for help n she asked me to hold on. I said no problem, after the person told her she no longer needed her help she continued to walk past me multiple times, avoiding eye contact. After 10 min, I left, the store lost a $500 sale as I was trying to buy a python n habitat. Drove 5 min past the bridge tho PetSmart to more than acknowledged associates willing to help n guess what they had a sale. What I would have paid $500 for Im not going to pay $250, thank u Petco for ur horrible service, u saved me money!

Im completely disgusted with this location. I bought a 16 lb bag of food for my two cats. We also feed a stray cat. We were feeding our cats one day and we found maggots in our cats food! We then discovered more of them in the bag. It was horrific to say the least. We inspected the bag and found out that the bottom had been taped!!! Obviously it broke open at one point and they decided to tape it and sell it anyways. Unacceptable! I didnt even bother taking it back. I didnt want maggot food in my house or car, it went straight to the trash. Needless to say I will never go to petco again.

Not a fan of pet grooming services here, I dont know what they did to my dog, he is even too scared to go to any pet store or even taking bath. Or any grooming services. I did see cut on him right after I pick up him from their grooming shop. I called and they did not admit or feel sorry for my fuzzy baby. If u love u r furry baby then do not use their grooming services. No complaint about their store, super nice staff.

Over the years I have bought animals from here Ive taken my fur babies here just love it recently my dog was having issues since he recently became blind in one eye and was not use to scratching his face when he couldnt see his paw (he kept scratching his eye and hurting himself) they helped me select a gauze to cover his eye and he has since gotten use to scratching his face without hitting his eye

The selection on cat food is excellent and some of the cheapest prices Ive seen around here. They also sell a lot of cute seasonal outfits and toys for a few bucks. My cat really loves getting a new toy every couple weeks, and she doesnt even care that it only cost me $5! They also sell Marimo balls and have a pretty good selection of fish in the store.

They wont take an item i bought at a different store . Now I have to drive close to 2hrs to return it! + the old guy idk what his name was he is actually pretty rude ! Didnt even wanted to talk to me ! I need it a fish and he did not bother to help me at all even do I ask him for help !

This was my first visit to this location, and the staff and manager went well our their way to help when the crate I wanted to purchase was out of stock. They placed an online order for me and even covered the shipping charges.

I take my dog to get bathed all the time. The staff are always so helpful and very nice. I just made a fish purchase and Im extremely happy. My lil blue lobster is a conversation piece to say the least. Thank you!

Always have the cat food and dog food we use and can usually find good sales. My dog doesnt like dog cookies but my friends dog loves them and their cookies by the pound up front are a good value.
