Took my dog to get his first hair cut. Told me the price was 47 for the sampoo, dry, cut, ear cleaning and nail trim. Alls i really wanted was a cut but went head and did it all. They told me that it be 3-4 hours so we could come back after. Less than an hour goes by and they say he is ready. When i go to pick him up im expecting a big deffernece since his hair was sooo long. They bairly cut any hair off! He was really clean and smelled good but i could of done all that myself. Told them i wanted it shorted and they said since he kept moving thats all they can do for today, that i would have to bring him back a few more times so he can get use to it. Sorry im not paying 50 every time just for a trim. I also asked them to give me a call when they start the cut and they didn so i dont know if he was really jumping around or i just got ripped off. My dog loves his baths and when i trim his nails he never moves. They did a great job on the bath but not worth 50 and thats all that i feel i really paid for.

Management seems unaware that there are NEVER enough checkstands open. I usually wait at least 10-15 minutes in long lines. Even when management walks RIGHT BY they will not open more stands. Food product area is usually not clean. There are always torn bags and many items are COVERED in dust. The last time I was there (and it is CERTAINLY the last time Ill be there) there were lots of little moths in the food area. While ringing up, I noticed a COCOON on my bag of food. I went to get a different one and upon close inspection there were cocoons on almost all of them. I made no purchase, but did tell the manager who looked at me like I was speaking some other language and who made no attempt to apologize or to tell me that they would take care of it. Try the new Petsmart over by Home Depot. Much better overall.

Worst service ever. The manager doesnt care about customer. When asked about an item I was told that it was not a store item, even though I was on the Petsmart website. He glanced at my phone, doesnt even attempt to see if they have anything similar, and just walks away without saying a word. Do these dumbass managers realize that they work in a customer service environment? The only reason he has his job is because customers shop there. He needs to be retrained as a manager and learn proper customer service skills. The only reason they even get a star from me is because its mandatory. Otherwise they wouldnt get one at all.

Every time I bring my dog for grooming or to banfield for shots he comes home sick. This most recent time he went to the groomers and came home grouchy and passing blood. The groomers do not check to make sure the dogs are vaccinated. They do not clean the kennels properly. The manager said she would "check in to it" never heard back from her. I called banfield right before closing to make an appointment. Whoever answered the phone was rude and impatient. I was hung up on twice. I took him to banfield the next day and over $300 later they send him home with no explanation as to what was wrong with him.

Please avoid the Pets Hotel: Im sure they do a wonderful job of keeping it clean & taking care of your animals. However the assistant manager and the staff is completely incompetent when it comes to policies and procedures. Not getting into detail, but they make up there own rules & claim it to be Pets Mart Policy when its clearly not. I even stood there and called corporate & they even told me the store was wrong & I was right. Please do yourself a favor an AVOID this management & staff in the Pets Hotel.

Ive kept aquariums for many years now and I know what fish get along by now. I asked for some blue gourami and angels and this young girl in fish gave me this look like I was a moron. She continued to tell me how I was making a bad choice and that they couldnt be kept together. I just got my fish and left. here we are 2 months later and guess what, my fish are all alive and happy. Imagine that! Nice store, know it all employees that probably dont even own a tank ruin it all though.....

Pet Hotel I brought my 8 mth old Pit here on a Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving and picked her up on a Saturday afternoon overall a great experience. Prices were what they said they would be. The staff were very helpful and didnt seem bothered by my 70lb active pit bill. I will drive the 45 mins (from Grand Prairie) to this pet hotel. I tried the one in Arlington Highlands , never again.

I love this store and I am absolutely thrilled because I ordered my dog a halloween costume for $4 and I was able to shop online and then go an pick it up at the store free of charge. We have taken her to the grooming salon and she prances out like a princess. This is by far my favorite pet store and location! Oh and with our bank of america card we get an additional 10 percent off.

Had to chase down someone to help with a fish aquarium and stand. The associate couldnt help so we had to get the manager. I asked if they could hold the set up for about a month and they could not. So I purchased somewhere else that could. It doesnt make sense why Petsmart couldnt hold an item until youre ready for it, kinda like layaway. Oh well, they lost a large sale.

We use this store a lot as we have many pets. We got our fish, frog, and rats here. We were told about a month ago that they may not be carrying rats anymore which was kind of sad. We tried another local pet store and the rat we got there is violent and bites. We like PetSmart because they handle their animals with care and they are always used to people.

I called ahead to ask about the doggy camp, and they told me all they needed was a copy of the vaccines for my doggy. I set the whole thing up, but when i showed up, they were very disorganized, had no idea what I was there for, and one of the employees was clueless with the pets, she scared my doggy. Very unproffesional!!! Rude, and stupid!

I had to give you 5 stars based off that one conversation I just had with the lady in the grooming department. I hate that I didnt get her name. Very bad at that. But she was very helpful. She answered my 30 questions I had about my puppy and I heard the phone ringing in the background no hold or nothing. I appreciate everything pet smart

The hours at the doggie day camp were perfect for me. I usually take Morgan to a different place, but they close early on Saturdays. I called And set up everythIng and when I arrived all went smoothly. My golden is very shy, but they got him to walk back no problem. Fast and easy and I even scheduled a doggie bath before I picked him up.
