I went in to take my dog Leo into get him cleaned up. One of the first times Ive actually taken my dog into a groomers to get him fresh and happy. Anyways.... I dropped him off at 1:30pm and paid for a package that included shampoo and perfume , nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland cleaning, and a haircut. They didnt call me not once to let me know how everything was going, I called at 5:30pm to check up, they said it would be another 45 Mins. I was really happy that my boy was going to be clean and smelling good. Anyways... they still didnt call me after the 45 min, so i decided to head up there at 6:30pm. When I arrived, i could already feel something was wrong. They told me they couldnt trim my dogs nails. I was so frustrated on the fact that i paid for a package that included dog nail trimming that i didnt notice they didnt put perfume on him. Anyways, I talked to the manager to see what he could do. Me and him spoke directly to the person who cut my dogs nails, that person then decided to lie to the manager in front of my face saying that i paid for a different package and different breed, so either way it didnt matter wether or not he did his nails, which was BullSheit, because originally at the beginning when i took leo in, they tried to up-charge me 68 for the package, i told them i wasnt going to pay 68 and they said could you do 52, i said, thats fine. i paid the 52 knowingly i paid for the package i originally wanted. ANYWAYS.... I told them straight up that i paid for the same package but different breed. Which I did. So long story short, They made me feel comfortable from the start, then, decided to change the package during the process because they AINT doing what i wanted them to do for 52 dollars originally. The manager basically had the mentality, "EMPLOYEE OVER CUSTOMER." I said i understand the situation, just left because he told me to come in the next morning to talk to another manager?. COMPLETELY BS experience. Also, There are a handful of GHETTO groomers there who dont give a rats ass about dogs. They also nicked my dogs in several places, in which they didnt have the common courtesy to tell me. Youre better off at a local place, where they actually care, instead of a chain store that just hires whoever.. It took them 5 hours to give him a hair cut and take him a bath. TAKE YOUR DOG SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WERE WARNED. THIS HAPPENED ON 8/14/2014. This is Spencer V.

This was the worst and most unprofessional service ever! I took my dog in at 9am and told them my boyfriend would pick him up late in the afternoon when he arrived and asked for my dog they claimed he was already picked up WHAT! They said they could not find him until we asked to see cameras and how could they allow someone else to take him then they went to "check again". The guy came back and was laughing and said he didnt see him the first time.. I do not see how that was funny at all and how they could just tell someone their dog is no longer there before checking everywhere they possibly can. My dog is a black toy poodle and his coat had dandruff all over him and it was very very visible when asked about it they said it was the shampoo they used... Ok? I paid $80 for this service maybe try a shampoo that will not leave him with stuff on his coat. That made me wonder if they had even done all the services I asked and paid an upgrade fee for so we asked if they had put the flea treatment in and the guy was like "oh Im not sure the person that serviced your dog left.." Turns out they had not put the treatment in even though my dog had been there since 9am!! My dog is like my child because he is my responsibility and he was given to me as a very special gift. After this experience this will be my last time coming in for a service or a even a product and I will make sure every dog owner I know is aware of the poor service and avoids coming in to these stores

Did not like the service my dog got here it was horrible my dog was supposed to get the whole nine yards with his grooming ear cleaning, haircut, nail trimming, deshedding shampoo, and a bath it also comes with a bandana ect. I took him in and the cut his hair and thats all that it looked like they did cut his hair and stuck him in the cage for the next 6 hrs cause they told me because its his first time being there to give them.about 4 to 6 hrs 6 hrs later I came my dog is shivering scared and I picked him up his hair was all over the place I asked you guys didnt give him a bath they said they gave him a bath first then cut his hair ????????? Are you serious why give him a bath then cut his hair thats like telling your kid hey before you go play in the mud let me wash your clothes and give you a bath ..... then I smelled him he didnt smell clean oh it was unscented shampoo "what????" No sense at all I said I asked specifically for the scented deshedding shampoo they said oh sorry I didnt see that on the computer I wont charge you for it ..... it was ridiculous I had to.go home and buy deshedding shampoo and give him a bath to wash away the hair and on top of that me and my son got sick cause of all the hair we had to deal with driving home would not recommend

I am very dissappointed at petsmart in Desoto. I went once with my puppie and came out with two fleas. I thought it would be a mistake on my part. I took him a second time and he came out with more fleas. My dog is an inside dog and it is white. It is very easy to see if he has fleas. The third time was my biggest dissappointment. I took my dog for grooming, when I picked him up he came out very white and clean. To my surprise before I even paid I took a look at my dog and there was 4 fleas on him. What is the deal you figured they sell stuff to treat fleas, they either dont clean or dont care. I asked the groomer, and really didnt get a straight answer. Im not being a butt about it. I took care of the fleas myself but makes me wonder if I should even take my dog back to a place that cant even take care of their own place.

Today on December 24th of 2016 I came to petsmart to grab dog and cat food for my pets. After strolling the aisles a little I was greeted by an employee also a BLUE sales rep by the name of Jim. Jim was curtious, professional, and very knowledgeable. Although my wife and I always stick with BLUE products, Jim was able to share info and give me insight to things I still didnt know and made me feel great and safe in the purchases I was making! Not only that he did also have reccomendations that were extremely helpful that my wife and I will definitely take into consideration! Jim definitely wet above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate the experience!
