The trainer here is awesome. I was a little skeptical about training sessions, especially sessions at a big chain. Patrick will work with your schedule and has some awesome knowledge. Ive only been to one class, but I have learned tons more in that single class than I had learned in the the months since I got my puppy.

Took my littlw man Flash (beagle) in for his nail trimming ear cleaning and teeth. $20 dollar deal as always and Alicia is an absolute gem . He is 13 and he came out cleaner, more well trimmed and happier then ever. Cheers to great service!

The customer service on the retail floor is super helpful. The selection of dogfood here is the reason I keep coming back. They do offer grooming service as well. I did get my dogs haircut there and they did a clean job. No complaints

I tired to call the number listed on the website, 14 times to ask about an inquiry about a product i wanted to buy, and they picked up the phone, and hung up on me over 14 times. Im never going to this location again

Patrick was very knowledgeable of the products and was able to help me find a better food for my cats as well as the best flea killer. The store was also very clean, compared to most petcos.
